Always when I’m in Esch I stay at Residhome. Nice comfortable and clean rooms with enough space. Parking in the street (when there is space) or down in the garage. In the area more than enough restaurants/bars.

The room was clean and spacious. It had everything that was needed like microwave, stove tops and even a dishwasher. It's very close to the university of Luxembourg (can say a stone's throw away!) Also Aldi is right next to the building. And there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well.

As always, perfectly clean rooms and notorious staff! It is worth every cent and amazing location as well.

Excellent studio hotel. Comfortable bed and clean room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious bathroom and separate shower. Very bright. Good (cold) breakfast. Free tea and water at the lobby. One Vending machine for drinks and snacks on the ground floor. There’s also self laundry at extra charge. The kitchen also includes dishwasher and microwave and fridge with small freezer part. The kettle was a bit unclean. Coffee machine with four capsules included, you can buy more capsules. Overall a very good place to stay suitable for all purpose (single, couple, family, business, vacation…) small pets are allowed (<10kg).

Very nice hotel. Spacious room and good breakfast. You have to reserve the parking. Only strange thing is that you first have to check in and I was stressed as my car was on the street. According to the reception that was not any problem and they too all the time for check-in. I was okay, however my colleague had a 50 euro parking fine!! We told this to the reception and they hardly reacted. I just wonder if you know this, why are you taking all the time for check-in. Just give the remote control for the parking and then do the check-in in a relaxed way once the car is off the street. For the rest, great hotel will use this one again when being in the area.

Really deserves more than a three star rating. Great location if going to the Rockhal. Easy check in, secure car parking (€13 extra), amazing in room facilities, fridge, microwave, hob and dishwasher. Lavazza coffee machine and pods included. Huge rain shower and super fluffy towels. Immaculately clean, felt like a five star hotel. Would happily return.

I recently stayed at Residhome Hotel in Luxembourg Belval and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The room I stayed in was exceptionally beautiful, incredibly clean, and had a modern and stylish design. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the room's decor. However, the only downside was the limited breakfast options.

Very nice apartment - hotel. Room was clean and tidy. Spacious. The reception was very nice to us though we came at almost midnight.

Best ratio quality / price in Belval. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. You cannot ear noise from other rooms or outside which is definitely a plus. You have a small kitchen space, and the fridge comes with two fresh bottles of water. Reception is open 24 and late arrival is possible. I never tried the breakfast. A vending machine is available at the reception for snacks.

Spacious and clean rooms. Bathroom was also very roomy. Didn't use any stuff from the kitchen but it looked very decent as well. Close to the train station and supermarkets. Will definitely stay here again for my next visit.

Nice place to stay! Very clean. Bed is excellent. Have small and very useful kitchen with fridge. Bathroom very clean and towels as well. TV with many channels.

Super nice! The receptionist is super friendly and even guides us to the parking lot in person. The room is super clean and provide almost everything you need.

Rooms are Nice and clean.. staff promised 3 Times a parking place.. after this ive changed hotel and the staff promised to refund the money.. now this is not possible...😏

My parents stayed for a week and everything was great. The room was big and well equipped with everything needed, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was also very big.

In the last month we stayed in the hotel 3 times! It was an overall good experience, good hotel rooms, nice staff. Everything was ok. Until this last weekend! Some people probably were giving a party in their hotel room on the 1st floor. Me and the girls were in our own room (we had 2 rooms connected) making hamburgers and making ready for bed. When we decide to go to sleep around 02.00 am the police knocked on the door, saying that we have to leave the hotel room because we had a party going on or to many people were in the room. This was false and we were already sleeping!! They treated us so bad just because the other people that had the party were black people also. This is so disappointing and hurting!!! They didn’t have a valid reason to kick us out of the room! And after they didn’t even apologized for the inconvenience! Just because of this new staff worker that was there and treated us very bad! (Soufian) I’ve never experienced this. It’s disgusting to be treated like this!!! Never ever booking AGAIN!

Very good rooms. Very clean, more than sufficient amount of cook/bake ware. Friendly staff. It's a small town so everything is at a stone's throw.
