The new (smaller) HMV store in Bath was actually pretty good. Although reduced to one floor - this seems a more natural size for it and the brighter more modern interior is much better. There is a huge range of goodies for geeks from tees, posters and figures to the standard Blu-Ray and vinyl selection you would expect. Great collection of imported food and drinks too - although some of the prices seem rather high... But it's fun to browse if nothing else. Welcome back HMV

Nice atmosphere, it's a nerds dream, it has many Funko pops, t shirts, posters etc. Half of the store is dedicated to music, like vinyl and CDs. It has vinyl players and covers. They have many comic books but they are manly DC and marvel. They have some star wars related merch but I didn't find any comics. The staff know what they're talking about and give you good pointers, they manly stay at the front of the store so you have to look for them sometimes.

Excellent store lots of stock and well laid out. Staff were brilliant very friendly and helpful a pleasure to shop there and lots of bargains. Will definitely visit again soon.

Used to have good selection of CDs, organised by genre: not any more. Very sad. Bring back FOPP - they were great until hmv got their grubby mitts on them.

This has to be the nicest HMV I've ever been in. Nice and bright with something for everyone inside, be it Vinyl records or Vinyl Pops. If you are in Bath be sure to take a look. Not as big as the old store but so much nicer inside!

Me and my friend bought a mistery box and they told us it has different items and it would me worth more then £30 we opened them exactly the same items and they werent even worth £5 i want a refund!!!!

Nice items sold in, but old! staff doesn't know anything about them. Don't trust what is given as an answer.. Cross check with another staff

This particular HMV really reminds me of the old "Fopp" stores, with selections of books and graphics novels and other quirky merch like Anime, Star Wars, Marvel, etc , as well as the usual Vinyl, DVDs and CDs. Really good for a browse and nice that it's up this end of the High Street. A bit pricey (picked up a Graphic Novel and it was £40!), But a good selection.
