    they playing games, had two returns with scannable code from amazon . they refused to scan and both workers said its wrong numbers , that i meed to get new labels . call amazon. mind you never had this issue at any ups store, so i called amazon. they was confused to. wondered why they dis not scan. i went to a different ups store. no prob same as always , scan and go. seems new owner does not want to deal with amazon returns?? and told workers to follow a mandate of not even scanning and have customer leave store to call amazon. i get a feeling they did not like that i did not have to pay for packaging. so dont want these type of returns. shady, and petty. just post a sign on window or door saying u dont want that business. so people like me dont waste time coming there in reply to owners response, i hope that the issue really was a temporary error. but the employees did not say anything about it being a temporary or recent problem. just that my code is wrong period and did not try scanning and for me to call amazon for a new return codes. when i went to other ups store, or to any other ups store before they never even bother looking at numbers on code. they just scan. again maybe it came off wrong and it was a temporary problem, AND amazon customer service had no clue about the issue. so your employees did not even want to bother to scan or tell me it was just a recent issue. the matter fact way they told me, just implied that its wrong was told to tell everyone its wrong so no point scanning . and i should move on and fix issue. hoping issue like this does not happen again and it if does, just a simple courtesy let me know come back later that day or tomorrow when temporary issue is resolved

    Nasty workers, i needed tape to close the box I was mailing and the girl behind the counter said we don't have tape I went next door and they gave me tape. Another time a lady came in to have a will notarized and they told her they don't notarize wills the lady left, and the notary kept talking about why would she come here to have a will notarized go to whoever prepared it, I don't do wills I'm not getting involved. Hello the customer is gone can we move on and help the next customer.

    Not really sure what all these negative reviews are about. I go to this UPS store quite often and all the employees are nothing but nice, friendly and helpful. Even through Covid, and a move to the next-door location, they made the best of it and worked efficiently. Great store!

    They very poorly packed and shipped a Bose stereo for me. It was totally broken and UPS never gave me back the money I insured it for. Use the Elmont store. They are much more affable and efficient.

    Is there a way to give negative stars? I’m not at all surprised with the mostly bad reviews of this store. The most unhelpful, rude and deceitful staff. Bad enough that UPS itself is the absolute worst but trying to deal with this store to file and approve claims for delayed (or even damaged) packages is beyond awful. They are truly unhelpful and rude. As I was hanging up the phone with the woman from the front desk, I heard her say to her coworker she had a headache after speaking with me. She has no idea the headache I have from dealing with such a horrible company! My small business would rather pay Fed Ex to ensure our packages and documents actually get delivered when they say they will be.

    There was an incident where my package was not shipped next day to an employee error. Due to this, the contents inside were damaged. It took several months to even get a portion of my shipping cost back that I was entitled too, and the manager had an attitude the entire time. On top of that, I was extremely vocal about wanting reimbursement since the package was damaged, at no point did they file a claim which they should have. Since the time period to file a claim is only 60 days, they waited until the two months had passed before telling me there was nothing they can do, sorry. Throughout those two months, they had said several times they would escalate to a regional manager, etc. None of this was done.

    We had to return an item from Amazon. We were charged for the box and then an additional price for them to put the item inside the box. A service fee of $15 to put the item inside the box. This is unbelievable and uncalled for. I can understand paying for a box, but $15 to put the item INSIDE the box.........

    Very unfriendly stuff, SPECIALLY the big white lady with glasses. I was there yesterday and she couldn't scan the return label from my cell, she made me come back home to scan my label from my computer, even me telling her to help me out, because it was my first time. All she did was be rude , she walked way , and 🙄 ignored. When i came back to the place , she was helping someone else with the same problem, which make me believe, she didn't help me , because I'm spanish. 😡

    I will not be doing business at this UPS location ever again and I don't recommend it. Here is why... The associates are extremely rude. When you ask them simple questions, they're quick to snap back with an attitude. When picking up any of my packages, I would be told "It's not here" yet, my tracking would say otherwise and then they later discover my package. This happened on numerous occasions. The lines are very slow. I highly recommend going to a different location.

    Andrew is completely beautiful inside and outside his compassion for work is amazing. He also has Greta listening skilks for his age and he is a fast learner . I had an issue with to boxes to return from Amazon and only 2 label. The team works well together I would come back . The figure out all ways to help and that's what customer service is all about .

    The staff is very helpful and professional. I’ve seen how they help people who are not very tech savvy with emailing labels or finding QRCodes on their Amazon accounts… they genuinely care about their customers and it shows even when the line is out the door! :-)

    I continue to this UPS location for a few years for my copying, scans and more! I've used hem bother personally and professionally. Though I'm retired, I would recommend any business to use this location. I love the staff and the obvious team work they provide. No attitudes. See you soon!

    This location is very convenient, and there is a lot of parking in the shopping strip. The staff is very helpful, and I'm always in and out quickly at this location. It gets busy on weekends which is expected.

    They try to do their best and attend everyone. At times amazon returns go out the door but most of the employees try to do their best and be polite to customers
