This place is amazing. They are super friendly and always welcoming! I stopped in for an emergency cleaning one day and they did such a great job and were so nice that I went back when I lost the stone in my engagement ring. They made it look better than ever!!!! They replaced it with a better stone than before and it looks better than it ever has! They know what they're talking about and are so friendly and not pushy about anything. I will be going back for all my jewelry needs in the future.

The bank makes for a beautiful setting for the jewelry. It's worth just stopping in to yaks a peak at the vaults. Eddie and Barb are very gracious host with a wealth of experience and knowledge. They are not pushy salespeople. You will get an honest opinion about options for repairing or purchasing. After removing my engagement and wedding rings and thinking over my options, I repaired the wedding band and purchased a new setting for the diamond.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. They were very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable.

Eddie and Barbara are amazing and so helpful. They recently helped me design the engagement ring for my now fiance. It is beautiful, she gets compliments on it all the time. The great thing about the folks at Hess is that they were able to make the ring exactly how we wanted it even though I was living in Arlington, VA. Even if you are remote, they will get the job done and will get it done right! I highly recommend Hess for anything you are looking for from necklaces (also great experience with them) to engagement rings.

Eddie did an excellent job on our repairs. He repaired and sized jewelry bought at the original Hess's in the mid 70's and early 80's. He even managed to repair a poorly done repair from another local jeweler. Very nice people to deal with.

Super helpful fixing my wife's watch. Found something for myself while we were waiting. Love being able to shop local, get great service, and find reasonable prices.

Called about scrapping gold to see the current prices, and I mentioned that the piece was a necklace and pendant. The gentleman on the phone quickly said " it doesn't matter, you'll get scrap price..which I knew. But when I asked again for their prices to match against others, I was told I would have to bring it in for the jeweler to look at. If it's scrap, what's to look at? It's real. If you buy scrap metals, it shouldn't be too hard to look up the price each morning to.give potential customers an idea. A waste of both of our time.

I noticed not matching ring and set pieces in stocks!!!! Not big selection and prices were not able to be negotiated. But that's figured I guess. But made a happy family member thanks for that! And a day to remember with family as a trip thanks
