Wow! Such a gem. Looks like any other motel/motor lodge from the outside but walking into the reception, you know something's different. Comfortable beds with a shower that can be best described as "standing under a waterfall'. Our room came with a hair dryer, microwave oven, plates, cutlery, dishwashing detergent, iron and ironing board, kettle, huge flat screen TV, alarm clock. Bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap bars, shower cap, various types of towels and the "waterfall shower". Full bedding provided with additional blankets and pillows provided. Allocated parking provided based on your room number. The only thing to improve would be the general lighting of the room - overall too dark. Great service at the reception too :) Highly recommended.

Don’t be fooled by the dated looking exterior. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The beds were good with nice pillows. Had trouble getting a really hot shower but it was adequate. Also the heating seemed to struggle to warm the room but got there in the end. Staff were very friendly and always available if you needed anything. A good location, within walking distance of the OTR if you need anything. We had rooms at the back and didn’t hear traffic at all.

One of the highlights of the stay was the inviting pool, offering a refreshing way to unwind after a day of exploration. The well-maintained pool area added an extra layer of enjoyment to the overall experience. In conclusion, Adelaide Road Motor Lodge exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The combination of a pet-friendly atmosphere, well-equipped room, attentive service, and a refreshing pool made for a memorable and highly recommendable stay.

Excellent room for a stopover ,or stay. Comfortable. Clean and tidy. Lovely swimming pool.

We have stayed here a few times. This time was not the best. The room was old and for the price I would expect a better quality

Had to be in adelaide early so was a good place to stop. Servos and fast food all fairly close if you need them.

We had a king bed room, very clean and tidy, great comfortable bed with pillow choice. Easy access into town. IGA and Chemist warehouse within walking distance.

I ended up here six months ago after a hasty last minute google search - this time I added Murray Bridge to my route on purpose, because I knew there was a great place to stay. The staff are a delight, the room was clean and fresh and fully stocked, the bathroom was fabulous, and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had the pleasure to sleep in. Parking at the door, with plenty of room for my ute. Close to shops, food, servo, etc. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at this Motor Lodge. The staff are terrific and provide good old customer service with a smile. Always kept tidy and staff were always willing to help. The breakfast was great and was nice that they had drinks etc available at reception. Would recommend this place and we will certainly be staying there whenever we go back to Murray Bridge. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Very comfortable and convenient to Murray Bridge. Was a bit hard to find. Staff Very helpful guiding us to location. Room made up and tidy even though we were staying another night. We have never had this before .

The service and the staff are amazing, the rooms are very clean and tidy, unfortunately for me the beds were way to soft and I woke up with a very sore back, apart from that everything else is A-One

Our first time in a motel room with our fur baby. We were very surprised and more than happy with the room. Very clean and modern. Only one thing we would have liked to see in the room would have been a broom and dust pan, as we like to sweep up after our little boy . 10 out of 10 for us

The more you pay the less you get. While I cannot fault the room itself, for $180 for one night, I took the brand new toaster out to make some toast before am early start on the road, only to find the were no plates or knives to spread the toast. Not impressed.

stayed 1 night lovely clean room and soft bed staff was very helpfull

Rooms were a good size and the pool made the stay here worth it. However the beds were slightly uncomfortable, the shower was too small and outdated. But as I mentioned earlier the pool made up for the negatives. Would stay here again just for the pool.

Great to be able to stay in a moden pet friendly room. Spacious well designed bathroom. Comfortable beds & very clean. If the gravel carpark out front of the rooms was sealed it would be even better. Just so everyone knows a complementary breakfast is not a free breakfast here.

We booked a pet friendly room and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. Modern furnishings, floorboards and spacious. The only downside was the neighbour had a large dog who barked all night, so no soundproofing in rooms to dull the noise. The Turkish roll and coffee we ordered in the morning was beautiful and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend for travellers with pets.

We stayed in room 18 was clean and modern comfy bed ,great shower and a large TV you can watch from bed staff are great and the room is very quiet to sleep in

This was a fantastic stay very clean, dog friendly our dogs got a treat pack. Great shower and breakfast and great coffee highly recommend .

We booked a pet - friendly room yet it was a terrific room for people. ( Often given the worst room when travelling with pets) Spacious, renovated, lovely bathroom and shower, good large bed. Scrumptious egg bacon Turkish roll for breakfast. Whole stay outstanding for our needs. 10/10.

I agree with nearly everything other reviewers have written (yep, the outside lighting bothered me at night too)...staff are friendly and helpful, dog-friendly room really nice, but the best thing was the upkeep of the garden area. The grass is lush and green, the garden around the pool makes it a really nice place to hang out. I've never seem such care taken in any motel I've stayed in in SA.

Attended this establishment for non residential reasons. Reception was clean and professionally presented. Greeting was less than enthusiastic.
