    Ordered a $2,500 phone from optus, which got sent to an address that wasn't mine, then they charged me $2,500 for a device I never received, store wouldn't help, nor did they care. The employees in this specific store have also "gossiped" about me and others to other people in the community which is highly unprofessional... Especially as the allegations were blatantly false. Not only that, when comparing my Note 20 Ultra to the S23 Ultra, the staff argued and lied about some of the features and specifications. (I do own both, but got the S23 elsewhere.) I think some serious training in regards to customer service is sorely required in this store as it doesn't know how to treat people with dignity and respect that they deserve.

    Ordered phone told me it would be here Wednesday the following week, it comes to Thursday and still no delivery updates so I contact them and only for them to tell me it will take up to 3 more weeks! no apologies for lying in the first place. Very appalling.

    Great customer service by both sales staff. If they were unable to fix the problem themselves found a easy option.

    The guy at customer service didn't inform me about a cheaper, discounted plan. When I saw the brochure the next day and went back to ask about it, they said it could not be activated until I paid off the entire price of my phone (S23 Ultra). Furthermore, he suggested that the screen protector for the S23 Ultra was good, but the fingerprints and edge controls were terrible. I wish I had been better informed about the available packages and the quality of the screen protector. I'm disappointed and would not recommend Optus to anyone in Murray Bridge.

    Shout out to Abbie for all her help. She sorted out numerous things between multiple accounts and never once did she make us feel like we were being rushed or a nuisance. Not only did she sort us better plans we ended up with 2 new phones for less than what we were paying each month. 10/10 for that lass.

    I took my phone in for a warranty issue (wasn't charging.) and was guilted into taking it to an independent repair service because they believed there was definitely something stuck in the port. The independent repairer found a fault with the charge port not connected properly. I was made to feel like I was in the wrong and I wasnt. Terrible customer service. Optus are definitely giving lots of business to the repair tech though well done. He is lovely and helpful.

    Staff are very obliging and friendly. But I've found it's a lot cheaper to shop on line than to enter there shops. So please buy your pre payed on line it's heaps cheaper for the same pre pay..

    I will be going to other stores in the future I rang to see when my plan was done they said they can't tell me then I was accused of swearing at staff which I DID NOT they said I would have to go on line and I said yep no worries I did say oh for gods sake but I do not class that as swearing at them and i was apparently showing aggression lol thanx but no thank you never again I can't see how that was swearing or being abrasive to staff pity you don't show the same respect to your clients as what you expect from us
