Rosemary helped us sell our house and I rate her 5 stars. I have edited my review to one star after my experience as a tenant after selling our house. I was misled by the rental team in regards to the term of the contract. When I raised my issues at the end of my lease, the people responsible sent in poor Sarah to deal with me rather than try to rectify it themselves. Tenants beware - this is not an agency you want to deal with, and you should think twice before signing a lease under their management.

Rosemary was extremely informative, working for both the seller and buyer to get the most for the property she represented. She and her team are friendly, genuine and a delight to purchase from. When she comes over and gives you a giant, heartfelt hug after you win the auction... you know you are dealing with a person, not just an agent.

Any issues or questions were always addressed promptly. Staff always friendly.

The rental team are amazing. I first met Brandy last October for my first inspection. 2 months later, I met her again for my second inspection. I have been in the same property for 6 years now. As the rental market is so tight, I am glad I have such excellent agents like Maria. She has been wonderful and understanding of my needs. Anytime there has been a serious problem, it has been fixed ASAP. I had a burst hot water tank and it was fixed in a day, my oven was broken and it was fixed in three days etc etc
