As a rescuer of many cats I visit Petbarn regularly. Each of the staff are very knowledgeable of each product but most of all they are so friendly, kind, and treat me with much respect. Great place to shop for all pet needs.

I purchased the WagTime Open Top Traveller - Small($95.99) from Petbarn Elizabeth and put it to a hard-core test getting my 'real-life' angry cat to the vet today. He failed to even rattle it! Great quality with nicely designed clamps with locks, plus a backup bolt-down system for flight/freight travel requirements. The wire doors top and front are sturdy coated metal with good locks. It even has a water/feeder bowl which is a nice bonus. If you need a carrier that will last a decade+ then this one is a winner. The store is tidy and clean, very well stocked and friendly staff.

We were able to get the products we wanted for our dogs at a reasonable price, they have a great range of toys, grooming items and food. The staff were friendly, happy and helpful, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you Elizabeth pet barn

Jen was most helpful in locating and placing aside, the boxes of Cat Food I'd requested necessary for personal pick up. On arrival I found the boxes marked in my name, waiting at the front counter and Jen smiling & happy to assist further. She is a most helpful, friendly lady, and Petbarn Elizabeth is so fortunate to have her operate in their employ.

Awesome store , always have what I need . Grooming is absolutely brilliant my Keeshond always come back beautiful and always enjoys going. Very helpful staff , love going to this store.

Puppy school is amazing! Worth every penny! Nothing was to much for the trainers they were so accommodating. Can not sing their praises enough thank you so much! We had so much fun!

Customer service we received today from Tanya was above and beyond anything I have experienced in a very long time. Not only did she take her time finding the best possible deal, she provided us a standby assist whilst doing the engraving for our puppies name tag and explained everything so thoroughly. Kudos to you & will certainly be back in the future :)

Was addressed by sales staff member who must think everyone that comes in to the store is hard of hearing, customer service is found wanting with poor manners. Some training in calm communication with good manners to all customers is recommended, after all it is customer driven business.

The people are always very nice and helpful and the prices are pretty reasonable, they have a lot of stock and variety.

Our dog enjoyed his experience here. He came home happy, looking (and smelling) great. It is not cheap to have the full groom but Petbarn's girls did make a nice job. They will be seeing our dog again.

I want to CONGRATULATE the staff and obviously the management of Elizabeth. I havent been in the store for over 5 years because it was such a bad experience every time I did. Today the staff were friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and just made myself and other customers comfortable every step of the way. I took my puppy Sunny for puppy training at Petbarn, Jen was the trainer and she was absolutely fantastic. You could really tell she loved each and every animal like they were her own. She made the whole experience fun with her jokes and made the lessons really enjoyable. She was also very knowledgeable about every product in the store. I will be bringing Sunny back for the next level of training and will be making this store my primary store for pet products.

Good staff advice. Plenty of pet products to choose from. Discount available for frequent feeder. Will definitely return to the place next time.

Jen the manager is so friendly, easy going and helpful and you can really tell she loves dogs and animals. I've encountered her on a few occasions and most of those times she wasn't even the one serving me. She once stepped in to help me carry my purchases out to the car as she saw how much i had. Nothing is too hard for her to do, awesome customer service is what you get with Jen, and it's Brilliant!!!

I'd give them 6 stars if could. Lovely staff that went above and beyond to help with my furkids. And they're the cheapest I found online. Prompt to reply, highly recommend after my great service from Jen n staff :)

Today I created an account and made a purchase of Simparica Trio which I paid for six chews (6 months worth). I was very impressed with the the speed the order arrived and the price was amazing. What arrived was only 3 chews, I called and spoke to a staff member, who immediately help resolve the issue. As a gesture of good will they resent my correct and original order of 6 chews. And I got to keep the incorrect order. Fantastic Customer Service, I will highly recommend Petbarn at Elizabeth and I will continue shopping there. Great Customer experience. 10 out of 10.

Took my senior (anxious) dog to be groomed and Kelly was not only thoughtful to her needs, did a beautiful cut. Highly recommend!

I purchased a $70.00 budgie cage on line…. It arrived & it has two faulty doors.. I tried to let them know… & they decided to UNSCRIBE FROM THEIR MSGS. I wasn’t even making a fuss, or wanting a refund… was simple trying to tell them that my friends/ family always comment on the reject cage purchased from pet barn… full price . Not impressed with staff attitude.

They have what you want at great prices. Helpful warm welcoming staff. I love going here!!!!

The girls are fantastic at what they do here polite, friendly & my dog Sir Billy loves coming here....if there are any issues they ring me straight away ...why go anywhere else when I e got the best here...

What a wonderful surprise!! I took a purchase back for a refund. Something that was purchased via the internet. The staff in petbarn absolutely bent over backwards to ensure my refund was processed promptly. I was met by friendly, bright, bubbly knowledgeable staff, a clean well presented store. As usual the staff at Petbarn Elizabeth were awesome!! Had the pup washed with the groomers. He always comes out so happy and showing off that he looks so handsome. The staff are knowledgeable and always happy to help with any inquiry.

Amazing team always happy to chat and offer good advice been a regular customer for the past 2 years mainly for fish related products and have always left happy or at least satisfied with my visit. Store manager is awesome and very friendly to customers 😁

Everything in this shop is to expensive especially the bird seed, can get way way cheaper at folder stores, only good thing is you can take your dog in the shop with you.

Thank you for doing the Santa photos. Just a great keepsake. There is a staff member there though who obviously hates Christmas or is over working in retail who has actually been quite rude to deal with. Was not a pleasant person on the day, go to pick up photos and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. Maybe she needs to take Christmas off.

Get all my dog supplies here besides food, one of the amazing young ladies even helped come up with my dogs name which stuck with me for the big Rottweiler. His name is Riot and thankful for this store.

Wouldn't recommend the groomers, my girl was still wet after the wash and blow dry. The store staff are great when you need advice.

Some staff shouldn't be working at the store when they they can't even be bothered looking for stock that says is in the store and just say no havnt got it. I order online for click and collect after going home and they have the items in store ready to collect a few mins later.

As a breeder I was pleasantly surprised when I attended their store at Elizabeth. The staff member (?Rebecca) was great. Helpful, attentive and friendly. I will be back. Thanks

The friendly staff at PetBarn Elizabeth donated close to $1000 worth of foods for my animals at Paws Hillbank Haven Rescue. We are still in shock and super super grateful. Highly recommend!!

Don’t recommend Elizabeth Petbarn grooming salon at all. Staff lied to my face about my appointment with my dog because the manager was around. Asked for video proof of the convocation and their cameras don’t have audio apparently. They took my dog for the appointment and then called me 15 minutes later saying they can’t do it. We let them know our dog couldn’t be around smaller dogs. When we arrived for pick up they put the dog with smaller dogs, which causes a risk for all dogs. 100% disgusted with the grooming staffs attitude.
