I would only recommend the dine in or mobile pick up the drive-through line can be extremely long. I’ll talking 15 or 20 minutes and this for one car so this is definitely not a fast food restaurant like I said order on the app and then go pick it up or dine in. However, the food is very good. I ordered several times because it was so tasty the chicken pizza I think it was spicy chicken pizza whatever it is it was delicious I highly recommend it.

They were pretty busy and it took a while which I do understand. The cashier was friendly . I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and it sounded so good but the broccoli was barely cooked. Very crunchy. The chicken and rice tasted good.

Worst Panera experience ever! The lady at the window was RUDE. My sandwich I ordered was drowning I sauce. There was so much sauce it made the bread soggy and it was disgusting. I did not ask for extra sauce so I have no idea why there was SO much. IT was spilling out from all sides.

Everyone who works there is great. Not sure if the quality of Panera bread overall is getting worse though. Ordered broccoli cheddar soup and Asian salad. For $16 dollars. The soup was too salty, salad was missing mixed greens. Also, Panera seems to do the whole reduce the quantity and increase the price. I was very disappointed.

Extremely hot inside. The place itself was filthy. Trash all over the floors. Napkin dispenser by drink station was empty. Dirty tables that needed to be wiped down. Several employees sitting or standing around. Panera used to be wonderful but they've really gone downhill over the years. The silverware we were given was dirty. The price of food is bit high for what you get. Sandwich have barely enough on them. A whole sandwich looks to have about half the contents that it should. If you ask for extra of anything there is a charge.

This is my go-to Panera location. I come there at least once a week to get my elderly parents their favorite soup, CREAMY chicken and wild rice. Here's the small problem, the inconsistency of the soup. It still tastes good when it's runny, but what we love about it is how thick and creamy it's supposed to be when done correctly. Unfortunately it happens more times than it should that that's not the product we get and it's just really disappointing. Hoping someone can look into that.

I normally love Panera and have a great experience (when I use the app). I used the drive thru and order a spinach, avocado, egg white sandwich with a side of chipotle aioli and large charger lemonade. The employee told me she didn’t know what that sauce is… should have been a red flag. I got the window and never got my drink. I ask and another employee she rolls her eyes and tells me a price. I example I’m a sips club member and still tries to argue about it. She hands me a small. Either way I leave the drive thru in shock of this awful customer service. So this leaves me writing a review in hopes Panera management will correct this poor customer service.

When you think expensive beagel sandwich will taste yummy, you will be proven wrong. McDonald's bagel sandwich tastes a lot better than this. I do like their soufflé. I'm just disappointed in their failure to match their hype on the sandwiches.

Spent over $30 on two smoothies, which were only 2/3 full, most of which were huge ice cubes.....and a salad which was supposed to be void of blue cheese because I am allergic. After stating I was allergic, they assured me there would be none on the salad, but instead, it's covered and not edible.

Pulled up and the drive thru was a mess…people actually honking in the line lol.I ordered a turkey sandwich but on a baguette …they said …we don’t make anything on a baguette ..but you do ..toasted baguette, give me a turkey sandwich on a non toasted baguette…we can’t do that? What I’ve ordered it before? Then they gave me the wrong order lol …worst Panera ever! I just went to Jersey mikes which was very close. They had their act together 👍🏻thank you jersey mikes for handling Paneras poor customer service.
