It was amazing Devon who I think is a manager welcome to me in and was very busy the entire time I was there everybody was friendly and I think his name was Jacob made me an awesome sandwich thanks me for coming made me feel welcome

To me I like Firehouse a lot better than Subway. Their sandwiches ingredients and toppings far surpass Subway. But hey, like I say. Try for yourself and you'll see.

I'm getting tired of getting wrong orders at this location. I give places a chance to redeem themselves, so when I have my husband bring BOTH of my large WRONG sandwiches back tomorrow (because they were closed by the time I got home tonight) we'll see what happens. This isn't the first time, but we're no longer "eating" their mistakes. Especially when I'm dropping near $30 every visit. I'm so hangry.

Staff on evening of March 13 is seriously clueless. I placed online order at 445 to be picked up at 545. Arrived early only one customer in store. We took a seat to wait for them to put our order out. 3 customers came in placed orders and left. At 545 I went counter and asked about my order was told they were working on it. More customers in and out. Finally I asked for my money to be refunded. That’s when they started working on my order. Horrible service.

Great sandwiches and their Mac n cheese is awesome! Great customer service and the young staff is very well mannered and have great work ethics because the place was very cleaned and we'll stocked! They stand out cuz around in this area quality and professionalism have gone out the window! Great job! Don't change. Thank you! I will certainly promote your place!😁😉

I'm a Deacon of my church, and our church heard about a Pastor from a sister church passing away. So we wanted to give the family something to eat so we ordered from Firehouse and told them about what time we needed them to have the order ready for pick-up and they were like no problem we will have it ready. So when the time had come I called the location to see if it was ready and the manager told me whenever you want to pick it up it's ready to go so I stepped in to pay for the order. I must say everyone from the lowest employee up to the manager greeted me with a sincere smile and truly made me feel so welcome I also didn't want to leave because they made you feel at home.

went in to grab food, as I watched a young lady, eat food off the bar, where they make the food at touched her mouse, touched her nose four different times rubbed her nose never change gloves. Do not make someone’s food if you were touching your nose, your face or your hair, absolutely disgusting. I got my food and will not be eating it. If I can give a zero, I would.

Hook and ladder sandwich is excellent. We have ordered several times. The meat is always piled high. Yummy.

Went to Firehouse cause I was starving! And wanted a big ole steak n cheese. Man was I in for it. I ordered a large (like I have before), and this thing was ridiculous! I literally couldn't fit the meat back in the sandwich! Best steak n cheese I had in some time too. This ended up making 2 meals

I am a very un happy customer , my wife went there an order a salad , the core was served in the salad on the very top , I called to let the manager know what had happened , her name starts with a T , I had to ask for the manager twice the person that answered the phone wasn't even understanding to even understand her name. The manager finally gets on the phone and says oh it comes prepackaged . Ok I said it was on the top of the bowl. Basically they seen no fault . This is why fast food people don't earn 15 $ an hr because you don't pay people that don't have the common sense to be a manager that says it comes pre packaged. So here is the kicker , while she was talking to me in the back ground you heard crew laughing about it.

This was not for their food! It was for customer service! I purchased 2 sandwiches which totalled 16.24 I gave the cashier a 20 dollar bill and told her I had the .24 cents and tried to give her the quarter and she refused to accept the change and told me no she already opened the drawer. WHAT???? No change was given back to me or had been counted at the time I was trying to give exact change. I know this might be petty but if a customer is trying to pay the way they choose then that is the way you allow them to pay. It was very rude. I never have been told I couldn't pay with exact change bc the draw was already open. Sorry excuse for customer service!!!

Great place to eat at. Staff are always friendly and always in a good mood. They also keep the environment clean everyday, and food always comes out hot and fresh. Just in general a good place to eat at.
