Good food. Not the friendliest of service. Order was ready when promised.

I ordered two small subs online thinking the small is a 6 inch, and this is what I get. A kids size sandwich. No where is there a description of the size on the menu anywhere. I paid $23 for two sub meal combos ($3.50 to make it a combo each). This is absolutely ridiculous to pay $23 for 2 kid sandwiches, to which the manager said the sizes are listed on the website. No where did I see on the menu the sizes of the subs. I could have ordered 2 kids meals and paid much less and gotten the same exact meal. I have had a small sub from Firehouse in the past and it was 2 halves and bigger than this. I love firehouse, but this was absolutely ridiculous paying that price for a 1/4 of a sub.

Love Firehouse Subs but the customer service needs a little work. Hard to hit the tip button when the cashier talks to you like you barely exist.

Quality ingredients. Friendly staff. I had the Steamer and it was delicious. Family friendly. This is better than most chains. Firehouse does have Clean environment. Clean washroom. I do wish the portion per price was better. A medium sub here isn't that big for almost a $9 price tag. I also like the pickle spear. If it's a toss up between here and another chain Sub shop you are better off going here.

UPDATE 3 years later... STILL IMPRESSED with this location. The two young ladies working tonight were essentially running everything from top to bottom. Super nice and absolutely rocking the service industry. OG Review: Always good food, quick service, friendly people. On the single occasion I had a concern, the store manager and the owner actually contacted me the same afternoon to resolve it. Very impressed with this location and its employees. Highly recommended.

Great subs....very fresh, reasonably priced. The service was a little slow after the order was placed and no seating available for dining in. It was the lunch hour but had the staff attended the tables properly, there would not have been a wait for a table.

Subs are great as always just the customer service is awful called for my order to have it ready for pick up and put me on hold for 21 mts I was on the rd when I called I end up making to the restaurant I asked the lady..ma'am did u forgot abt the phone I said it was me I been on hold for 21 minutes her answer was AND .......couldn't locate the manager at that moment to complaint..

Wow i’ve been coming to this particular location for 3 years since working at Home Depot on Panama City Beach Parkway, I must say yesterday for lunch was beyond amazing, thanks to Debra and everyone else going above and beyond, and the manager Kimberly is awesome, I come to this location almost every week ordering subs ranging from: Smokehouse Beef Cheddar Brisket, Spicy Cajun Chicken, Steak and Cheese to the Meatball, I’ve tried the other subs not cold cuts, since I’m not into that, none of them compare to those, I used to live in Metro Atlanta 4 years ago, my first Firehouse Subs experience was in Paulding County, Georgia back in 2007 at the Hiram, Georgia location, which of course is a fairly new location now, since they relocated that one, either way great job Back Beach Firehouse Subs you are definitely better than Subway, and are equal with Jersey Mike’s and Which Wich on 23rd Street! 😁 I live in Panama City Beach of course! 😎

I ordered one 8" tuna sub for my husband and one 4" turkey sub for me. I was shocked at the size of the 4" being so small. I'm used to the sub size at Subway! They were good but I was still hungry afterwards!

I was looking forward to getting a Hook and Latter tonight, but they insist on making their customers put on a mask. 😷 Last I looked, we "elect" crooked politicians, not crooked Corporate American. Culver's across the street didn't. Thanks Culver's for being in the land of the free....and the brave.

Folks preparing the food were friendly and professional. Not so much for the heavy set lady with glasses working the register. She was very condescending to the customers paying in front of me and to myself as well. If you don’t like your job please don’t create negativity in a place that is supposed to be fun and enjoyable. THE 5 STAR FOR SERVICE IS FOR THE PREPARATION CREW.

Decent sandwiches. Staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant and rest rooms very clean during lunch rush.

My family loves this place because the food is great and the people are very nice. I also like that you can help firemen with the equipment that they need to do their job to help their community when needed

This is a good Firehouse Sub, the place is clean and the food comes out promptly. Only negative is how expenses the subs have gotten, you are looking at $15+ for a medium sized sub with a drink!

Food is always good. The only issue we had today was 2 of the employees were not wearing mask while preparing food. With the increase of covid 19 in the county it might be advised. 😷

I stopped in to get lunch to go, when I got back to work to eat it it was wrong. I called and Kim answered and quickly got a new sub going, refunded me and was very polite. Top notch customer service!

Great food, the Italian is incredibly delicious. The employee's were extremely professional and polite.

Sorry we stopped their. Girl that took our order had a real attitude. Then my wife's order was wrong. No clean tables nothing was clean in this one. some tables were full of to go orders. They even coped an attitude with one picking up a big to go order in front of everyone. Wife asked for ketchup packs their response was order last summer and they have none, this is March almost a year later. May never return to a firehouse subs.

The subs that we ordered were tasty. The hot sauce selection wasn't bad but isn't as impressive as other locations I've been to. The ladies working there seem nice but there's an underlying attitude that I just don't understand. Or maybe we went there on an off night. I deducted one star because the restaurant was smoky. I think there may be a major ventilation issue at this location. Not sure what's up but I didn't feel right exposing my kids to the visible haze. Bonus for them that they offer a first responders discount (all Firehouse subs do) of a free drink with sandwich purchase.

No inside dining yet somewhere else.

Get the bbq pork and add pastrami. It's a hot sub. It is so delicious.

Incredible food! The service was absolutely amazing! Especially by a young girl named Pacaya! She was very friendly and did my order perfectly and quickly! I was in and out! Will come again!!

I went in while they were fairly busy with some softball players a young lady I believe she was a manger told me she would go ahead and start my sandwich,I thought that was so nice of her she was very cheerful and said I gotcha girl . She asked me to fill out the survey but I lost it I hope she will get credit for taking care of me quickly !!

This place needs much better help it took them over 10 minute to make the wrong sandwich with only 1 person ahead of me and by the time I got home the bun of the the overly salt pack meat what ever it was had made the bread as soaked as it had been outside in the flooded streets. the worst Firehouse Sub shop I have ever been to. If I could I would have given it a -5.
