Usually I wouldn’t leave a review. But beings how both my husband and I got sick from just eating the Alfredo pasta, and the ever so sad and gross looking bread sticks. I’m giving a one star. The pasta was ok, cold but ok. The bread sticks looked dried out and pale, as to how you could serve something that looks like that to your customers is beyond me. Usually the bread sticks are a nice brown and fluffy.

My wife and I have always liked the supreme pizza, but we are getting priced out of being able to have it anymore. It has always been around 17 dollars and change but tonight it was 25 dollars and some change and that is with me picking it up. We live on one social security check, and like many, we are just getting priced out of being able to afford these pizzas. We will have to go with the pizza that we heat up, when we get it home.

I should have listened to the reviews. I never got my pizza. Called and said it was delivered but I never got it. Said they delivered to the address I put in. I checked and the delivery address was correct. At least I'll get the refund in a few days? Lady who answered the phone was super nice though.

How do you screw up a melt, bread sticks and a soda? Never arrived or pulled up front, when I call you don't answer and drove to your location while still on call waiting. Cashier from 2-25-23: no eye contact, made me repeat me name then spell it, struggled to find the order (system issues), doesn't refund the charge or tip, when asked to do so looks put out and does apologize but then starts bad mouthing me before I even leave the store. All of this in an empty store so all you have to manage was possibly online orders and answer the phone. Some of us graduate from food service, some of us don't.

I ordered a few pizzas for a get together i was having. And when i opened the boxes i was so disappointed I was delivered the wrong pizzas as well as the fact we cant eat pork and all the pizzas had bacon on them, so we couldnt even eat them. I totally wasted my money. Ive tried calling in to the store but I was told by someone that they would have to have a manager do something about it and they couldnt help me and the manager was busy. Im probably going to have to find a new pizza place.

I ordered a cheesesteak pizza, got a cheese pizza. I called and got put on hold the times for a long time. When I finally got through to the store the manager, Michelle, was the rudest person I've ever dealt with and then hung up on me. Instead of listening to my issue and fixing it she just kept saying "well thats what you ordered. If you want it fixed you have to pay to have it delivered." Seriously!?! Customer service is atrocious and the pizza I did get is like cardboard!

Always have good service and food here. Delivery drivers follow instructions and are polite.

Ok, I'm old and a little strange, but I'm so excited I found an actual sit down and eat your pizza Pizza Hut. This is nostalgia for me. Other people think there's better pizza, but for me this is the best.

This pizza hut defiantly needs a serious remodel. The lights are old and dim and it has a funky smell, old dusty, ditry. The staff are very nice and do there job well. My pizza is always ready. I wish they would remodel so we can dine in. Pizza hut please put this location on your remodel list.

Not going to do delivery anymore because this pickup order went perfectly. I was able to be standing at the counter when the pizza came out of the machine and watch them cut and package it. The pizza was perfect and the garlic cheesebread was amazing. I had enough points for some free breadsticks which because I got them fresh weren't dried out like they often come with delivery. Three stars on the Atmosphere because I'm sad the old Pizza Hut with the salad bar and a video game are done.

Excellent service! A woman by the name of Taylonia (forgive me for the spelling) did a GREAT job with her service and the Pizza 🍕 was superb. I will definitely be going here in the future. Good Job Pizza hut 👍

worst service I've ever received tonight, had an order for a 2 topping pizza and they just could not get it right for the life of them. how many times can you read the receipt and still mess it up? also when I called and politely asked them to remake it they hung up on me!

Ordered pizza here yesterday n I’d have to say it was the worst pizza I’ve ever received from here it was completely cold and way to much pizza sauce an barely any cheese n toppings. I ordered the big box n the only thing that was good was the bread sticks everything else was horrible my kids wouldn’t even touch it n the pasts was so hard it wasn’t edible at all. The name on the order was Kristen n I went and picked it up n the lady was rude.
