I'm in tears literally with the condition of my hair. I went out after almost two years and this is what I ended up with. The salon did not honor the Groupon making some wowed claim that I had previously visited and I put up with that nonsense because I hired a sitter for my kids to go out and had to do it all over if I cancelled. I asked for the first photo color and also mentioned several times that I needed a deep brown/walnut but as soon as I came home and washed my hair this is what I see!! It's all blonde/yellow with absolutely no taste and no style. Although the stylist was nice and chatty, I don't think she knew what she was doing or she wasn't listening and she just messed up my hair. I have no clue how to get this fixed - I don't think I'd want to go back here. The salon itself was hot with no AC on and there was hair everywhere . I left feeling embarrassed and now I feel stupid for giving them a chance. The owner Heather either does not care about what's happening at the salon or she is just happy with the customers being cheated. Won't last for long with all those messed up hair colors and cuts. This is not balayage - heck this is not even the color for highlights I had asked for.

Little lengthy review. But I purchased a Groupon for this salon. It looked great and it included a full foil/balayage with a cut, gloss and style. I asked for a full bleach foil and I wanted my hair lighter than it was. But said she could mostly do the top half of my hair since I’m growing out most of it. I have thick hair and I typically get charged for an extra bowl of bleach, which is fine. But at the end of my appointment I was charge for 5 bowls of bleach because she barely put anything in them and kept going back for more so she could keep charging me. ( probably because I paid $179 through Groupon) I ended up paying an extra $150 on top of my Groupon service. Which was ridiculous. I paid full price instead of discounted and the end result was not fully achieved. And the foil lines are also not even with my hair line. It looks like it’s still dark and spotted. The toner also came out pretty brassy. So I’ll just have to end up going to another salon to have them fix it.

This place is awful. They tried to refuse my Groupon and say it was for first time customers (not mentioned in restrictions or fine print). I finally got them to agree to let me pay the price of the Groupon for my service and I’ll return the Groupon, which I think is unprofessional of them. I was scheduled for a full balayage, and was hoping to add copper and natural blonde tones to my already dirty blonde hair. The stylist proceeded to show me Chucky red or platinum blonde, and insisted there was no way to blend a balayage with my hair color in a subtle “natural” way. I have had copper balayages before, and was so off put by the stylists attitude and forcefulness that I literally ran out of the salon crying. DO NOT let them touch your hair. I am so glad I left and did not let a rude poorly trained stylist treat me like that or ruin my hair!

Dany is that person you are looking for, so meticulous and caring of her work. You want to cut 3/4" that's all she will cut, do you want a difstyle? She's full of great suggestions. Do you want balayage? She's an expert and she's a perfectionist! I'm lucky I've found her and I highly recommend her.

My stylist was really nice. She did a great job with my haircut. For once someone in this state knows what one inch of hair looks like...she also showed me how to quickly style my hair which I appreciat.

Went today to see Silvana for a hair color and a cut. I asked her to make a color a little lighter that my hair so that it looks like it is sunkissed. She was sooo patient with me and the results were beyond amazing, just literally what i wished for. The place is nice with lots of coffee and good music to enjoy the time. Thanks again Silvana, you literally made my day.

Found The Salon through Groupon and was able to get a same day appointment for a cut, shampoo, and style. Rachel was friendly and did a great job. I was in and out in an hour with ridiculously soft hair. I greatly appreciate that the cut comes with a wash and style. I’ll definitely be back

5/5 for last minute appointment. Jessica was my stylist and she was on point to listen and guide me. Because of my crazy hairfall due to postpartum I went in a little confused and worried about what to do with my hair. She bring about a drastic change just with cut and style (no color application). Very very patient and detail oriented.And oh my God do I like my hair? I love my hair..

Honestly, I've had a very difficult time with A LOT of Stylist & Salons? My last salon was, Vintage Salon I went there 3 times. Samatha never cut my hair? First time my hair looked Amazinge! The 2nd time OK, 3rd time Samatha Bleached my hair 🌕??? I ask her 'Do you writes down the ingredients you use for my hair?'? No I went home the 3rd time dried my hair? Ot was 🌕?! I contacted Vintage Salon made another appt. She put toner on my hair no charge, however I did give her $25. tip for her work. Well that DID NOT HELP my hair??? My hair was STILL 🌕? I contacted Vintage & informed them Samamtha NEEDS to redo my hair! The owner of Vintage Salon Amber said"NO sometimeq s that happens with Blonde hair." REALLY... I NEVER WENT BACK. My new Stylist foiled, cut, shampoo & styles! My hair looks so pretty! It's NOT 🌕 I'm going back in 2 wks to have another foil that's a little lighter! I came in with a Groupon a little over two years ago. I’d had a few bleach treatments in the 3-5 years prior, and my hair has tolerated it remarkably well. I came in for my first hair treatment since covid, so it was a bit emotional and I was very ready for a hair refresh. I forget the name of my stylist but …… wow. She bleached my hair and it somehow looked exactly the same afterward. Unfortunately the treatment she applied absolutely fried my hair. It’s been over two years since I had this done and I’ve heat styled it 0 times and dyed it 0 times, and even after cutting it much shorter my hair is still absolutely fried. I only have it lightened in a salon because I’m so worried about this happening, and it’s hilarious that the worst bleach treatment I’ve ever had, literally no change in color, somehow was the one bleach treatment to ruin my hair. I’m about resigned to hacking it to a short bob and starting over. Oh - they also charged me extra on top of the Groupon because my hair was below my shoulders, even though it’s extremely fine. Long story short, my Groupon here actually ruined my gorgeous hair, and I think it’ll be about 5 years to get it back. Approaching the midpoint I think it’s time to leave a fair review. :(

I went in with a Groupon. Heidi did my hair. She was so friendly and took her time doing my hair. She was so attentive and explained each step as she was going threw it. She did an amazing job.

I desperately needed work on my hair color. I was fortunate to work with Heide. She kindly offered suggestions on color and cut. She is excellent in collaborating and we came to an agreement on what was to be done. I left with a great new color and cut, as well as a healthier head of hair. The Salon is clean and all staff I encountered were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. So happy to have found this spot. And...Heide checked with me today, 2 days after my appt, to see how I was liking my hair because it was a big change. I am impressed at her customer care. Never had that happen before.

I went to a the Salon for the first time for color. Janna was amazing. I had bad experiences with hair stylists and I think I finally found the one. She listened and then gave suggestions and the end result is exactly what I had in mind! Perfect. 100% recommend her service. I then decided to do a Brazilian blow out with Rachel and again, another expert professional and I am very happy that I chose them to take care of my hair.

I found this place through Groupon, and I had the pleasure of having Stacy as my hair stylist. Stacy's excellent communication skills, her dedication to understanding my haircut preferences, and she always ask me "Are you doing okay?" made for the best service I've ever received. The result was not just a haircut, but an absolutely stunning and beautiful transformation that I truly adore. The salon's atmosphere and the warm, friendly people there have won me over, and I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Jessica is a very talented hairstylist. She suggested a beautiful hair color for dark black hair: fill foil that suited well to my facial features and changed my entire look. I absolutely love it!
