I went in a couple weeks ago to get my watch battery replaced. They had it done within a few minutes and they back it up with a three year warranty. The price was very reasonable as well. Since I was so happy, I decided to leave them with my wedding ring for repairs. My main stone was in desperate need for a polish, and I added the ring spa deal. I picked up my ring about 15 minutes ago and it actually looks better than it originally did. They now have my business for life. They're also really friendly and professional. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Lou did an amazing g job making a custom setting for my ellensburg blue! He made sure the design would work well for my job since I am a hairstylist and hair tends to get stuck in some of my rings. He also fixed my husbands watch for a very reasonable price! Very friendly and would 100% recommend! I will be back with lots of future projects!

I had seven loose sapphires that needed to be mounted as at least one ring and then what to do with the rest? I had ideas, Duvall’s were far superior. Duvall Goldsmiths has made me excited about jewelry. I never expected that. Relative to other quotes, they were super reasonable, less than half as much. They estimated three weeks, but got it done in two (one was Thanksgiving week), well in time for Christmas (maybe too well, I’m having a hard time keeping my mouth shut about a Christmas gift that’s going to make my wife probably hurt me with a hug). You see my wife panned these sapphires herself, from a pile of Montana dirt, more than two years ago, and she has forgotten about them, and now they are the most $valuable, beautiful, two pieces of jewelry she owns, both aesthetically and sentimentally. From a single transaction, I am now a devout evangelist for Duvall Goldsmiths.

Wow, Lou did an AMAZING job with my ring! My 6 month old Tiffany engagement ring diamond FELL out - luckily I was able to find it. Lou was able to reset my diamond, buff out my ring and straighten any shape issues all for an extremely humble price. My ring looks even better than new. I will go here for all of my ring cleanings, buffs, inspections, etc. btw he did this all in 3 days. So impressed.

Fabulous. I stupidly snapped the crown and stem on my Tag Heuer Aquaracer. My watch was fixed up, with factory parts, on schedule. My battery also needed to be replaced, and was included in the original quote and not tacked on as extra. The shop is cozy, the staff is friendly, and it’s on the end of Duvall’s adorable main drag.

Soon as I walked in and interacted with the staff, I knew I could trust them with my Tag Heuer watch. Resolved my issue quickly and professionally and I was on my way. 5 Stars. Well worth the drive from several suburbs away.

I always wonder how businesses keep a solid 5-star standing after more than a few months of business. Without question, completely understand how Duvall Goldsmiths are able to keep it. I went in for a simple welding (a ring had split), and they welded it within a few days, and made it look better than when I bought it. About a month later, it split again in the same spot. I brought it in, and they welded it again at no extra charge. On top of great jewelry skills, everyone there is very kind, and personally messaged me to let me know when my ring was ready to be picked up. Really cannot recommend them enough.

Lou and his team were fantastic when it came to upgrading my wife's diamond for our 10 year anniversary. They worked with my plan to surprise my wife, provided professional advise and a plan to build a custom necklace with her original diamond.
