I’ve lived here for just over a year and I highly recommend it. The Tammy and Lizzie in the office are great and easy to get in touch with if you ever need anything. Tim and the maintenance team are so great. They are quick and thorough with any work that needs to be done. Our town house and the surrounding property are beautiful. It’s very lush with lots of green space. It is a lovely little community and I’m so happy here.

I've lived in my apartment for more than 4 years. It was nice to see everyone being kind and always smiling brightly and trying to help at the office. Our manager Lizzie is always sweet and tries to take care of anything quickly. She always makes sure there are no inconveniences and does her best for the tenants.

I stopped by the property for a tour of the apartment. Lizze has done such a great job with providing detailed explanation of the amenities of the apartment. She also gave me a tour of the apartment and the unit in an efficient manner with great knowledge. All the staff were extremely kind and welcoming!

We've lived here for just over a year, and we love it here. The location is excellent, walking distance to just about anything we could want. The property being nestled in a protected wetland area ensures that the views out all of our windows are beautiful. Our neighbors, the folks at the front office, and the maintenance crew have been lovely and so kind to us! Tammy was the one who helped us with our move in, which was a great experience. If you're looking for a friendly, peaceful place to live, that is pet friendly and has good parking, this is it!

This property is very beautiful. It's located in a good school district and feels like it's far from everything when really, it's not. The apartments offer tons of natural lighting, which is very important to me. Elizabeth and Tammy have been welcoming and helpful when I visit the office. They gave me information I needed to help me understand the moving process and the neighborhood. I would defiantly recommend this place to my family and friends!

I took a tour yesterday and was amazed! The staff is so nice and lizzy really took the time to answer all my questions! The apartments are clean with lots of room, exactly what my husband and I are looking for! If you’re looking for a place with great office staff, who go above and beyond and really take the time to get to know you and your families needs! I've been to Aspen Creek apartments a couple times. I love the community! All the beautiful landscaping is park-like. Elizabeth and Tammy have always been so helpful when I've visited. Their townhome floor plans are definitely work looking at!

My family is renting a 3 bed, 3 bath townhouse. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is here. The management is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance has been very friendly and fast at responding, too. I’d highly recommend considering Aspen Creek Apartments if you’re looking for an apartment or townhouse.
