I absolutely love living in this apartment complex for so many reasons. Firstly, the tranquility of this place is unmatched. It's so peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect retreat after a long day at work. Secondly, during the spring season, the beautiful cherry blossom and plum blossoms trees make the surroundings so breathtakingly beautiful. During the fall season, the colorful trees are so vivid. The scenery is lovely. Thirdly, the spacious dog park is a great bonus for pet owners like me. My furry friend loves running around and making new friends in the park. Finally, the management company is very responsible and responsive. They are always available to assist and resolve any issue that might arise, making me feel safe and secure. Overall, this apartment complex is the perfect place to call home.

Scout's leasing office is the best! I stayed at this complex for over 2 years before I decided to move to a different city. Kyle is always quick to respond to my inquiries. Thank you so much for keeping the complex in shape and getting back to me quickly w/ any questions I had during my time here! Beautiful trees throughout the complex, and leaves/snow get cleared out in a timely manner when fall/winter arrives.

We have been so happy with our experience here! The four months of waiting for an apartment to open up were SO worth the wait! Having a newly remodeled, clean apartment with all necessary amenities is essential for us! The selling point was truly the on site dog park for us. Management and maintenance are the best to work with and we are always impressed with the weekly maintained landscaping! We are excited to be renewing our lease here :)

My husband and I moved here 9 months ago from NJ and we are so glad we chose Scout Apartments! Everyone who works here has been so kind and welcoming. Any time we need assistance with anything there is no hesitation and any issues get resolved almost immediately. It’s also a safe location and convenient to go anywhere. We love it here!

I love living at Scout! They have an amazing dog run area that I use for my dogs everyday. The community is quiet and there is plenty of parking. Our maintenance requests have been answered very quickly and been resolved with no issues! I really have no complaints!

Scout has been such a great first apartment for my friend and I! I love the location, size, and style of apartment. The staff is always quick to respond for maintenance or solving problems. It’s a quiet neighborhood and I enjoy living here!

I would highly recommend Scouts apartments! The grounds are always well maintained and the staff has always been very kind. Our neighbors always say hi and it’s also in a safe area. I like the location because it’s just a few minutes from amenities such as totem lake, grocery shopping, playgrounds, Kirkland community center, downtown Kirkland. The apartments are also quiet and we rarely hear our neighbors. Highly recommend!
