Came on a Wednesday at 5:50 pm, greeted immediately, we seated ourselves and our food arrived in about 15 minutes. I got a strawberry milkshake, fried pickles, burger with au jus and sweet potato fries and the portions were perfect! Absolutely exceeded my expectations for a burger joint! Can't wait to return!

Great burgers, yummy sweet potato fries, Gluten free buns, impossible burgers for people who don’t eat meat. Clean environment and friendly staff. Had a great experience!

Friendly staff, very clean environment to grab and go or dining with family and friends. Fast service! I recommend the double burger and grilled avocado chicken burger. Fries are fresh and have options. Wings are fantastic (bone in). For those with a sweet tooth - try the peanut butter milkshake with whipped cream so yummy! I am a returning customer. :) Keep up the great work!

I love that this place has sweet potato fried. We got the chicken sandwich that’s pretty good, but the chicken tender was dry. We found this place on ChinookBook and we got the coupon for $10 which’s nice. The drink was good. We came for happy hours but there weren’t many people.

My friends and I were craving a burger, and I just moved into the area; we had never been here, but were craving something that wasnt Red Robin (though we like them too). This place has a ton of burgers, appetizers, and drinks, and though it was advertized as a sports-bar style place, it felt really casual and inviting and the decor is almost 1950's diner feel, but with a modern setting. The burgers were fabulous, and may well be one of the best burgers we've had in years. The fries were tasty without being overly fried or oily, and the onion 'petals' were absolutely delicious. This place is a 2 minute drive from my apartment and I have a feeling I'm going to be a regular :)

I ordered for pickup. Food is ready when I arrived. Vanilla Milk shake is very delicious. Price is very reasonable. Food portion is generous. I recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I both had the California burger. She had the sweet potato fries, and I had the onion petals. The first batch of petals were over-battered, undercooked and greasy. I brought this to the mangers attention and he said a fresh batch would be coming right up. The second go around was much better. Kudos!

Man, oh man, I had ordered a black bean burger. The patty looked old, dry, and belonged to a museum. I REALLY HOPE I DONT GET SICK. The salad came in a tiny bowl that couldn't fill a toddler. Definitely not returning, the servers didn't warn me of ordering this burger. I felt like they knew it was going to be bad and still let me order it. I would definitely respect this establishment more if they had saved me from this disaster called a burger!! Dont come here. Red robin is way better!!

The food is tasty. The staff was attentive and helpful. The prices have gone up but I am seeing that everywhere. Also the Coke Freestyle has been replaced with the older Coke choose from 6-8 things.

For dinner, we ordered chicken taco salad, burgers. The burgers were good, the french fries tasted old and stale, taco shell for the salad tasted old and bad and the salad had wilted greens and not fresh. We had to ask for utensils, get our own drinks, and pretty much self served. The 15% tip is a joke for limited service.

This has always been a favorite since I was in elementary school. The Buffalo burger never gets old, the fries are as good as always (especially with blue cheese sauce).

First time here, you have to walk up order and then pick a table and they bring out your food.I like this method not waiting on wait staff is great. The only thing is the cost, Two burgers and fries and two cokes was almost $50.00. But the food and everything else was fantastic.

Great burgers and the Mill Creek location is my favorite. Always more food than expected and fantastic management/service. Their tots are amazing and the burgers done to perfection.

I went in on a Tuesday night at 5:30. There were 3 people sitting inside. We ordered a classic cheeseburger, avocado grilled chicken sandwich, and a soft drink. It was $45 with an 18% tip. It took over a half hour to get our food because of the amount of online orders they had to prioritize. The food was good, but the bun my grilled chicken came on immediately fell apart and I had to eat it in pieces. No cutlery is provided. The workers were all nice, it appears they are understaffed for the amount of online orders they get. Owners need to be aware of that and figure out a solution. If you are short on time ask how long the food will take before you order, doesn’t matter if the restaurant is empty, you might still wait 30+ minutes.

Staff were friendly and patient as my husband and I had to think about what we wanted to eat. The environment was decently clean and spacious. Food tasted great and proportions were generous. Over all, good experience and would recommend if you're craving a good burger.

We had the most amazing hostess! She was funny, pleasant, welcoming, and fun! We couldn't have asked for a better hostess! It made the experience that much better! As for the food, it was awesome! I was not use to ordering and taking a table and bringing our foot out to us. It isn't a waitress or service restaurant, which I didn't expect. But I was very happy with the food!

It’s hard to get sweet potato fries right and these people definitely figured it out. Perfectly crispy and not soggy. Other than that it’s a great burger place with this thing called a kallpod that’s not something I’ve seen a lot of before. Wish more restaurants had this. Didn’t use it but would definitely like to see it in more restaurants so we can pay the bill and bail faster.

Decent burger, time of review two meals like blazing onion burger with fries and drinks is about 36.00 and you order when you walk in and then seat yourself. Service happens after you order and is usually pretty good at most locations I have been to. Ones I have visited are Marysville/Arlington, Snohomish, and Mill Creek.

I wanted a burger, but I can't eat hamburger. The menu alternative for hamburger were good. Was planning to try Buffalo but landed on Turkey Avacodo burger. My husband can't eat meat so he tried the impossible burger. They have a great side selections. We were both very satisfied. Arrive was good, food was great and the eat in was clean. Not a fan of the parking lot. It's tight. I do plan to go back and look forward to trying out the Buffalo burger.

First time ordering for pickup from here and experience was not good. Called from curbside pickup to let them know I'm here, they said the need a few more mins. Waited for 20+ mins no one came out, called again and they said it's been ready for a while and asked whether I called... Moreover I ordered well done burgers for my kids, some of them were burned. Had to toss them away.

I ordered online, and there was a small hiccup in the kitchen that didn't print the entire order. It was still prepared but not handed to me when I went to pick up. So, realizing this I called. Super polite and kind staff. I wish I got the name of the individual I spoke to, she was so polite and professional. Apologized profusely, and was genuinely a great individual. I will continue to come here, because every time I'm here I absolutely adore the food and the portions are amazing! The food is fabulous, and even when they're busy they're super friends and polite. Been coming here for a few years now and will continue to do so for many years to come. Love you guys so much! Thank you for being awesome!

Omg I'm so impressed. This place has super delicious burgers, amazing beers on tap, and I love the option to have a salad instead of french fries for the same price. The prices are a great value and very affordable. The staff was super nice and helpful. Oh! and did I mention they have the ding dong bell like at Korean restaurants in order to summon staff to your table? Love it! Will be back over and over again.

We visited for the first time recently. Really really good burgers and fries. We shared a cheesecake for dessert and I'm glad we did because it was huge. I don't think I want to know how many calories I consumed that evening, but it was a good treat! Great prices, too.
