    Paid at the Makeup counter because I bought Makeup & hygiene products I thought I'll give Walmart another chance. I've should have known better.. My hair conditioner that I had bought was not put my bag by the cashier. I've tried to call the store, no answer so I went back. I was told I would have to wait in line that was very long at least an 1/2 hour wait. A waste of my time, gas & money. Never got my money back or hair conditioner. Should have just gotten the conditioner and walked out since I paid for it and had my receipt! They don't care about customers , nothing else matters to them but profit.Charging customers a 1.00 for bags is ridiculous & theft as well. especially the poor that I saw in there! Please Walmart put my name on a list for no trespassing so that I don't get the stupid idea again to ever come to any of your properties! Walmart terrible!!!

    I attempted to buy an $60 vacuum from Walmart and it was locked in a case. I pushed the button for help and 7 employees walked by without stopping. Then I asked someone for the keys and they told me to ask someone in electronics. So I did and they called someone to come to the vacuum isle. No one came. So I asked the lady in electronics again and she said sorry and that she could call someone again but she couldn’t leave the counter. The lady that had the keys was taking passport photos. So in their attempt to not have thefts by locking up their vacuums, they lost sales because they have no one available to allow access to buy them. Lol. What a joke. And they had a full time sheriff in the exit of the store. 🙄. They need to close this location. Anyhow so I bought one on Amazon and it will be here today, quicker than someone could have given me one that was only inches away from me.

    Not answering the phone for customers when they're waiting to pick up merchandise is not the best impression. Getting argumentative with the client and not trying to help solve the issue is also bad form. Asking the customer if he works at Walmart because the customer knows basic customer service, did not help at all. The worst Walmart I have visited. A person with a name tag saying coach was the least efficient and concerned. Two other people posing as managers showed up but were not of much help either. Now 4 people are trying to find 1 box in a not-so-big area. They kept telling two customers to return to their car, and call the number that was not being answered to check-in. The store does not seem busy at all. Some employees chat rather than help people. The person who brought out the package replied to my "thank you" with a "yup."

    This is the second fan I'm going to have to return because the first one of the rotating blades busted off and the second fan it stopped going into high speed and medium-speed only can go into low speed. But I'm going to exchange it and get another one hopefully I get lucky until I find a solid one that will last me LOL they're awesome because they mist spray and it was really nice and a hot day you can actually serve you if you're chilling in your car and you don't want to have the engine crank the AC wasting money then set this thing up next to your window get fresh cold air coming in is awesome. I love Walmart because it's usually no-questions-asked returns and if they do ask a question you say anything basically other than you deliberately broke it they take it. That's the American way. Thank you Walmart hopefully The walking Dead don't over run this last location in Everett, just like they did to the main store that was my favorite on evergreen Way due to lift shopping! 🧟‍♂️🧟‍♀️🛒➕ 👠➕ 👟 ➕⌚ ➕🚲➕ 🪀 ➕🧸 ➕📺🟰 💵💰💲

    Really, this Walmart is okay. It's got a decent layout, the store is kept quite clean and organized and I was able to find everything on my list in stock when I recently shopped here. I'm just visiting the area and this was my first shopping experience with this particular store, but it met my expectations easily meaning it earns a solid three stars. To do better I will have to be pleasantly surprised by some aspect of the shopping experience. A disappointing shopping trip would result in lost stars.

    Ummm, it's been here for awhile. There's a cop at the exit. I went in to buy a phone holder for my truck. The gentleman in electronics did know where stuff was that I was looking for, but he was less than happy to show me anything. It was all he could do to not sound more bothered by my questions. It's whatever, I wouldn't go there very often if I lived here. Seems kind of sketchy and a little trashy. Easy checkout, easy parking. Right of the freeway exit.

    My wife accidentally purchased a bb gun advertised from the movie. She thought it was a prop. Walmart will not return saying it is their policy not to return firearms. A non published policy unless you were to purchase it from a gun case. Not from a pile in the toy department. Based on my research this is a very loosely followed policy. Seems like some store managers see the as the toy it is. Just another painful reminder not to shop at Walmart.

    Pick up takes forever but at least they rarely out of stock or substitute my items. Today I went in with a couple coupons, the employee refused to take them because it needed a managers approval and then told me to go to a place like Fred Meyer or cvs instead. Okay whatever, annoying but whatever. Then when I put my coupons back in my purse and asked him to remove the items from my transaction, he tried to open my purse and check it even after I said I only put my coupons back in and I was standing away from the register/items. It’s really annoying to come here so often and almost every single time be treated like I’ve stolen something. Very strange behavior from this employee in my opinion. Please do not try to grab and open a customer’s purse.

    Only a four because I haven't tried everything on the menu. A solid five if I was just rating the Sparta Special pizza. Great atmosphere and the staff are courteous and friendly. It is my go-to pizza place.

    I needed an item behind a locked cabinet and had to track down an associate three times because nobody showed up the first two times I asked for someone to come unlock the cabinet. You'd think they'd make it easier for me to buy something from them.
