It's been a LONG time since visiting Wendy's last. It was fun to introduce my son to it. The burgers are consistent and delicious. Much better, in my humble opinion, than McDonald's and even some sit down restaurants I've been to. Watch for coupons as well. Really increases the value!

Unlike other fast food restaurants in the area, this Wendy's is a model of consistency and excellence. Every single time I come here, my order is accurate and fast. The food is always hot, fresh, and well-made. If you're wondering where to eat - this is the place!

The food itself was alright but the wait line on the drive-thru(which is the only available option for service ) was dead slow , I’ve visited this Wendy’s quite a few times and not once was I impressed by how long they take to serve each car !even if there are only 5 cars in front of me , it would easily take upto 20 mins. My advice? Go to this chain only if ure not in a hurry (the main reason we opt for fast food)

This location (although really under staffed imo) still is great! The night employees are super friendly and they get my order right 99% of the time. People make mistakes sometimes and hey, that's totally ok! The food is always fresh and hot when I get it and that's what matters! Always love going here when I get fast food and imo their fries stomp out McDonald's!

The staff were very patient and helpful when I took my mentally and physically disabled sister here. The young man taking our order was very patient and friendly as I interpreted what my sister wanted. And they were totally "don't worry about it!" when my sister ended up accidentally making a bit of a mess. The food was actually pretty decent for fast food (my burger was much better than what I've gotten at McD's and BK), although slightly more expensive. The fireplace gives it a much higher class ambience. Very nice. And the staff were great.

My bro ordered a Baconator in a meal through drive/thru…but the worker gave us 2 french fries and no baconator burger. Honestly pretty disappointed.

Wanted to stop by for a quick dinner with my kids when the restaurant was closed AGAIN!! Every time we go by, the door is locked with no sign or reason. If it weren’t for the cheap Biggy bags and yummy baked potatoes, I would not go here any more.

The store manager doesn't feel that she wants to "babysit customers" when they complain about missing food items which is the fault of the staff underneath her. She needs to do her job. Her solution is to not ever order from their location anymore instead of her doing what she needs to do. This was on 3/19/23 at 12:00 noon just so the correct manager is identified.

Usually good food and service here. Rarely is there an issue with my order. Occasionally there is a long line, but generally speaking it's not that bad.

Made a DoorDash order, everything was perfect and OMG - I loved the peppermint frosty! Thank you for having the attention to detail for a DD order! I'll definitely be coming back.

I think this is one of the friendliest drive thru Wendy’s I have been to. Smiling , courteous and polite. Really sweet folks , thank you for the smile after a hard long day !

Painfully slow service at the drive through (which was the only option for dinner service. The dining room is closed every time we’re there) on 2/20/23. We waited for half an hour with a screaming baby in the car. When we got to the window, the guy was stoned to the point that he was detrimental to the pipeline. He wasn’t making the drinks as he waited for the rest of the food. Then my husband had to walk him through what beverages we ordered and he offered us straws multiple times. When he filled the frosty, he did the wrong size at first. Then he filled the small frosty but decided it was to full and dumped some out and handed us the half empty small frosty. We were so fed up at this point, we just took it and left.

I knew a girl named Wendy once. She locks red as the surface of Mars. She liked to go dancing all night wearing her hair up in pigtails like I liked. Well, one night, we met up with this Mexican girl whom she was acquainted with. I don't need to tell you how that night went, do I? Anyway, we were a thing for a while, but eventually, it ended as all good things do. Now I can't tell you what she is up to these days but this place has a way better burger and fries than mcdonalds... but I can't help but think of that Mexican girl and her chalupas on long and lonely nights

The food is good, and consistent. They've had issues with staffing lately that make me not want to go there. I honestly think the area manager needs to lose their job over how poorly this place is run. But the food is SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER than the one on 196th in Lynnwood. It's not even close. That other one should probably just get an entirely new crew and start fresh. It's absolutely terrible. These folks seem to be able to make a burger without ketchup though (when I ask for it), so... 4 stars.

Easy to order, quick, very friendly. Franklin helped at the counter. I never expected such GREAT service. Friendly, efficient very helpful! Wendy's found a gem here!

I was happy with my food. I ordered a lot but didn’t realize how big the portions would be. Had leftovers for a week.

Food is always good for window food. Highest quality of the big name fast burger joints. Staff at this store is always nice which is kind of a miracle being always understaffed, and usually a goodly li e up at the drive through. Kudos to those hard workers keeping service and attitude in check

Avoid this Wendy's. For some reason this place has refused to open their dining room so it always has a huge line at the drive thru. For years they claim they have staffing issues (this is going on 3 years now). They had a 6 foot banner in the window saying "Dining Room Open" but the doors were locked. I once waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 min with no response so I pulled forward only to get yelled at. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

I like the food, but the order is NEVER right! Grilled chicken burger without lettuce and tomatoes? Has lettuce and tomatoes. Dave's single with everything? Missing lettuce and tomatoes. Chili with everything? No cheese or onions. Come on. Do better.

Arrived right before midnight for s burger combo. You know what you're getting with fast food, but the beef being fresh definitely makes a difference. Also I have nostalgia for the frosties since my mom would grab me one as a reward for going to swimming lessons. Might come back to get one since I didn't last time.

I had the grilled chicken sandwich with honey mustard. It was very good. And I always get the chili. It's great chili. It has a bit of sweetness. And I like sweet foods. I went to the drive up, so I don't know what it's like inside.

Good burgers for a fast food joint - meat isn't frozen. Good variety & dependable, better than McD.

I went by there to see if they finally opened the dining room. They finally have a sign that the dining room is now open, but on the door to go in it says dining room closed. Will the dining room ever be open in this location again? I understand short staffing, but having one sign saying that it's open and another saying that it's closed doesn't make any sense.

Very quick service and competent employees. Open later then most fast food in the area. Don't always listen to special orders completely and can make errors from time to time. I wish we didn't live in a culture that believes, "I know what you're gonna say so I'm going to stop listening or interrupt you now." This drives me nuts!

Nice clean local Wendy's. We usually get Wendy's single and JBC here. The fries are always fresh and good (never soggy). The drive through lines can be a bit long during lunch and dinner times.

Everyone who works there has been friendly and they are normally pretty fast which is why I'll give 4 stars. Otherwise I'd say 3 since they slather lots of ketchup on even if you ask for it light. But that doesn't matter unless you don't like a lot of sauce on your burger.

My 4 year old son has gotten sick 2 times in as many weeks after we got him the chicken nugget kid's meal. After the first time, we weren't sure what caused it. But twice? That's pretty suspicious.

Friendly drive thru service. Everything accounted for. Chili was good as always, though seemed a little thinner than usual. Baked potato had a large bad spot. Think they rushed the order (there was a line) and missed that. Didn’t effect the good part and that was enough. Kids meal was a win as was the frosty. Overall good!

Takeout is thru drive through only. Restaurant door is closed. Deive through service is quick compared to other branches. Spicy chicken sandwich was delicious 😋. Wendy’s upping their game in spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets.
