Blue Heron did an excellent job repairing a ruby and diamond ring that had lost a diamond. Staff were courteous and friendly and the service was provided in less time than they quoted. They also cleaned two wedding rings and a historical belt buckle for free while we were there to pick up the ring. Great service!

Amazing customer service and incredibly friendly staff. I was very anxious and intimidated with the process of picking out an engagement ring and the staff at Blue Heron gracefully walked me through the entire process.

So every year around Christmas I deliver my granddaughters pearl necklaces to Blue Heron to have an inch of pearls added representing the year older for each of my granddaughters. I do this every year until they are 18, in which the young lady will have a full 18” strand of pearls. I am so please to have Debbie, Megan and Alex assist every year as they know exactly what I am looking to do and helps me find the perfect pearls to be added and maintains the quality of the necklace. Some may say why not just buy a pearl necklace and give it them… well I could, but just as each year (or so) a oyster with a pearl adds an additional layer around a small grain sand, time the oyster takes to make a pearl is significant and the natural beauty is amazing. Just as it is our granddaughters growing up. I thank Blue Heron for their help each year. Now we are waiting for our 6th granddaughter to arrive this coming March… so another necklace will be added. Looking forward to the continuing of this tradition with Blue Heron. I am originally from Poulsbo, WA but currently live in California. I contacted Megan, the owner of Blue Heron, after seeing her instagram post showing a gorgeous emerald cut diamond. That particular diamond didn't fit my needs, however, I let her know I would stop by over my Christmas holiday. When I stepped off of the airplane, I received a text from Megan letting me know she had brought in a couple of new emerald cut diamonds if I wanted to stop by to take a look. The first moment I could get there I stopped in and she proceeded to help me design my custom ring. After 28 years of marriage...I now have my dream ring thanks to Megan's expertise and encouragement. I will be shopping at Blue Heron for all of my future jewelry purchases!

Blue Herron did a wonderful job on two pieces for us. My husband's wedding band needed to be made smaller and they managed to do this without disturbing the design on the band nor interfering with the inscriptions inside the band. They also restored the gold setting on an antique family ring that has a large moss agate stone. This 90 year old ring looks amazing and I am relieved not to worry about losing the stone due to the worn setting. Kate and the staff at Blue Herron were so warm and helpful. I recommend Blue Herron and will now consider them my jeweler!

I brought old silver jewelry in to have 1 restrung, others cleaned up, and some restoring of charms on a bracelet. Debbie greeted me and took an interest in all. She made suggestions and gave me ideas how to care for these at home. I left 2 pieces there and they will give me an estimate, and complete the work in time for our needs. I highly recommend!

I brought in a few pieces that needed repair. The young lady went through my jewelry with me and gave me her predictions on what the jewelers would say/suggest for my necklaces. My necklaces came back great, and all of her predictions were correct; it was nice to know what to expect. On top of all of that, she’s super nice and cool to talk to. Great experience.

I had an excellent experience with a custom piece using family diamonds at Blue Heron. The staff worked with me on a design and the entire process from concept to delivery only took about a month and a half. The piece is stunning, unique, and very well made. The ladies of Blue Heron are amazing!! My engagement ring came from an online retailer and had issues pretty immediately, so we went to Blue Heron to see what our options were. Blue Heron was super helpful in laying out various options with price points/timelines/etc. Luckily we had insurance on the ring, and everyone at Blue Heron was so helpful in working with the insurance company to make sure and communicate which options were covered. 10/10 experience, will be returning for all jewelry needs in the future!

This is the best place you can go to take any of your jewelry. I heard about Blue Heron from a friend. I took my new engagement ring in to get a quote for resizing. Originally I was just trying to see how much it cost. But when I walked in the ladies were so welcoming and knowledgeable I knew this would be the best place immediately. I left my ring the same day she told me it would take a few weeks! The resizing was absolutely perfect and when I got it back it was so clean and sparkly. A few days later one of my side stones fell out so I gave them a call and they told me to bring it in and they would order a stone and take care of it, free of charge (which I was not expecting)! I just got it back and I’m so happy with their customer service and how well they took care of my ring! Thank you!

Jewelry is overpriced! I bought a sapphire ring 3 years ago. I bought it for half price but it retailed for $9000. I had it appraised for insurance purposes this past year by whoever blue heron uses for this and it was appraised for the amount that I actually paid for it (half price). If I lost it, I would not be able replace it if I had to pay the original retail price.
