I had to visit this location multiple times regarding my illness they treated me for an ear infection Friday and then I returned Monday they found out I had COVID, but they were wonderful and plan on going here from now on to be my family doctor location moving forward. They had a great staff and people who care about you….

Excellent service! From the time we walked through the door until we left! Darnice is super sweet and very good with kids! Adora is outstanding and made my daughter feel at ease! We will definitely be returning! Oh I almost forgot, there was no wait either! Highly recommend this clinic!

I came in for a cold that I just could not kick, and my experience could not have been better. First, the location was clean and organized. Second , the staff were professional but still kind and warm. Finally, the woman who worked with me, Kristen, was empathetic, sweet, and knew what she was doing. I felt in good hands with her and the doctor. Thank you for helping heal me up!

Doctor, medical assistant, & front desk worker were all so nice and friendly. Not too long of a wait time and seen by the doctor quickly once we were brought back. Brought my 3 year old in and they were wonderful with her.

I've been here twice now on a Saturday, once for me and once for my almost four-year-old daughter. Both times, the wait hasn't been long and the staff has been really helpful and kind, especially to my kid. Thanks for helping us get better fast!

Midwest Express Clinic is definitely top notch. From the nurses to the provider everyone is super friendly not to mention exceptional service. I was blown away how fast it they are and how smoothly everything went. It's rare to find a sense of calmness at a medical place. They listen and have free spirits. I definitely will be coming back this place blows away any other clinic by a long shot. Keep up the amazing work team 💖

The two young ladies that helped me at the front desk were so welcoming. Then when i went to get my vitals checked inside the other young lady was so nice even when she drew my blood. And when i belive the nurse practitioner came in she was so supportive of the situation I was going through while I was there. All the ladies are amazing there very kind and courteous

Took my daughter and our experience was fast, professional and caring. The workers were friendly and the receptionist was very welcoming, communicative and seemed to love her job. I will return to this particular location in the future.

Sharon is such a gem and has given me both peace and guidance with each visit. The entire staff is upbeat and greets each patient with a genuine smile and they are very good with accompanying children, giving them a variety of gifts and stickers. Overall the Griffith location will have you in and out and are much more thorough than other locations. Love them!

Everyone is always so friendly. My little feels comfortable coming to this location mainly because he likes the staff. They are wonderful with children. They are also very professional and thorough. Wait time is usually pretty good. I like scheduling on the website. Overall, I’m grateful for this location. Definitely recommend.

Great experience here always. This time specifically, the medical assistant at the front was going above and beyond. I really appreciated that. The doctor was also great. Amazing group of women. Thank you for being kind in someone’s time of need.

I rather go the Midwest Urgent care in Highland than my regular Dr. the staff there is so friendly, the Doctors are never in rush to get you out. I love the service
