Highly upset.....I explained to the tech that I couldn't put ANY products (make up wipes, baby wipes, liquid antiseptic, etc.) on my skin due to allergies, which she said was fine; but then still proceeded to slather baby oil on my face seconds later😠 She offered me all of those products, and I repeatedly said no... and told her why, yet she still thought it was okay to put baby oil on my face without asking me. She was also very heavy-handed and rough.

I love this place! The ladies are super friendly and VERY good at what they do, and I've always left with perfect eyebrows. Some of them are a bit more rough than others but I've been overall very satisfied. I have sensitive skin and always break out from waxing and threading, but here my eyebrows never break out after. I tried the lashes one time and was not a fan of the glue used, but that is just my personal preference. My only suggestion would be to allow tipping on card as I don't carry cash with me. Prices are very affordable, especially for the quality of the service. I've been coming here about a year and I highly recommend!

Do not recommend this place. I get eyebrows threaded all the time and this is the first time I have had a cut on my skin as a result. When I asked her what happened she denies she did anything. When I walked in the store I didn’t have this.

Been coming to this place for a while and it’s gone downhill. They don’t sanitize in between clients, and you can smell whatever they’ve eaten on their hands. The lady that did my brows kept talking over my face with the thread in her mouth. To make matters worse, she cut my skin with the thread and pretended like she didn’t. Will never go back.

Roma was very professional, nice and attentive. She paid attention to detail when waxing my legs. She did a great job! I would highly recommend this place for eyebrow and other hair removal services

They do eyebrows nice but my lashes lasted less than a week. I should’ve known they couldnt do lashes because when I left part of my lashes fell off my face from the wind. Then when i went back in to tell the lady that my lash literally just fell off my face she said no refunds or exchanges. Just get your lashes done somewhere else
