10/4/22 First time I ever had a bad Experience with them out of ten years. The Cashier was rude Gave us dirty Cap lids As I tried to explain to her the lids Were dirty she ignored me. Then I knocked on the glass to let the manager know what was going on then he was rude. She messed up our order of drinks then she was mad she had to correct the one drink she messed up.

I've been coming here since I was a little girl with my mother. This place has the best subs I've ever had in my life! They have also updated their menu as well. The buffalo cheese fries are an absolute fav of mines! You should definitely try them 💕🤗 Pics coming soon...

I ordered a Gyro plate Friday nite 6-24-22 and asked for an extra sauce, which I was charged for but wasn't in my bag. The container was loaded with fries. It also included 2 olives, 4 pieces of feta cheese and a minimal amount of meat. The gyro meat was greasy, hard and inedible. A complete waste of $17.+ that I had throw away. I won't be back.

I just left this place never to return!!! I JUST HD the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! YOU MESS MY ORDER UP and try and pour Buffalo sauce over chicken I didn't order!! You are crazy and will NEVER BE BACK😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

my experience at the store the food is good, but the customer service is disgraceful they don’t understand what you’re saying. They cannot even answer a question they always say the manager is not in. He’s on vacation some lady name Esther didn’t even know when my refund was going to be returned. It was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had ordering food on the phone.

This one is the worst and I have given them so many chances more then 2 to get it right. I went on 6/19/22 and ordered a club sub and ask for my sandwich hot along with crispy bacon on sandwich well the bacon was dam near done and I orders cheese sticks and gave em back and ask for some fresh ones that was cooked all the way through because the first order was soggy and not even hot. 1 spent $21.99 on food I threw away when i got home. I wish i had opened my sandwich before pulling off because of i had i would have given it back. They did give me the cheese sticks back and they were hot this time but all broken up and still soggy. They microwaved them to make em hot. I try and support the business in my community and I also recommend them to a lot of people who comes in my hotel asking where to get a good sub sandwich from. I won’t be doing that again. I will just take the extra ride and go to The South Holland or the one on Torrence locations. Those two locations never disappoints me but again the one on 159th is right in my back yard. Get it together and give people what they pay for

I ordered my food online and picked it up at the drive thru window. Very convenient and fast!!!! It was ready at the time it told me it would be ready. I had an Italian beef dipped with cheese sauce and hot peppers. I when I got back home I realized I didn’t get the cheese cup but the sandwich was so good it didn’t even need cheese. I hope it’s consistent and don’t change up on me I will be a return customer.

I always get a great sub from there and the fries are always fried in fresh grease.

Costumer service is 10/10!! Very friendly staff. I recommend the Mr subs and fries! So fresh and delicious 😋

Excellent customer service! Inside is always clean and the food is so delicious! I love ordering on the app. Super easy and convenient. Food is always ready when I arrive. If you have a sweet tooth I highly recommend the chocolate chip cookies.

I went to this location for the first time with the lobby open , they had a long line and still were able to maintain the drive thru line moving and were attending the customers inside . Love the subs and shakes !

The sandwich that I ordered wasn't fresh and it had a foul taste to it.. And I ordered a cheesy fries with beef and that didn't taste well..☹️. I just wound up tossing it away.

I would rather eat boiled leather got the Italian beef and polish w/fries. The sandwich was just meat with jalapeños throw on nothing on it that was meant to be. Not to mention a soggy mess. The polish and fries was a bland of nothingness you could eat paper with more favor.

I ordered a turkey sub, only to get home and it's a different sandwich. Brought it back and the order taker tells me I'm confused and ordered the incorrect sandwich. Really!! How are you going to say to the consumer that they are confused or maybe you heard incorrectly!! Rude!!!!

My food took awhile to be made a I had a gym shoes and hot dog and fries and my sandwich tasted dirty and my hot dog was burnt

Everything was good but they didn't include the giardiniera I requested on one of my sandwiches.

I ordered the grilled chicken salad and had gyro meat mixed in with my chicken. The Italian beef meat was dry. Never going back

This is my fave sub place, always has been. The slightly chewy bread, the semi-sweet mayo.. YUM! I get the turkey sub & LOVE it. Ya have to wait a little bit for your order, but TOTALLY worth it. Also, they have a drive thru!! I hope this place never shuts down. Better go today & support them!

I called this location to place an order and no one answered the phone. I drive there and go through drive up. I politely ask ,if they took phone orders the young man said yes. I asked how ,if they never answered the phone plus it was still ringing while I was at the window and no one answered. Like the food but dislike the service. This is the second time the service sucked. First time order was messed up. That’s 2 strikes the third I will change my location. This time I’m reporting it.

I ordered from this location on Sunday via UberEats after 8pm. They have a promotion for buy one get one. I ordered 4 subs, and I should have gotten 8 in total. When I received my food, I noticed only 4 were in there. Instead of me calling UberEats, I went in to try to rectify the problem. The workers were smug, and VERY RUDE. The young man at the register told me that it was an UberEats problem, not their problem, because of the receipt. I showed him the app and pulled up the menu, that is pertained to this specific location to show him. He acknowledged that there was promotion, but it was still an UberEats problem, even though they are the ones that prepared, and packaged my order. Then a young lady came to the register, said the same thing in a very rude manner, and took my food. I called UberEats and waited in the store to speak with customer service, and even UberEats acknowledged that they were in the wrong by not honoring their promotion. I will never come to this location again, nor will I recommend this location to anyone. If you have a promotion on a platform such as UberEats it should be honored. Please do better.
