A really nice and beautiful mall. Loved to walk around here. We ate lunch at the food court and liked it. We explored also some of the shops and had a great girl’s afternoon.

This is a beautiful shopping area located within the heart of Newport Beach. There is about any retail luxury shop you can think of here. The area has great some great restaurants as well. We even noticed two car dealerships within this shopping center.

Fashion Island was amazing! Open air mall with numerous stores and restaurants. Great place to walk, sit, or just enjoy a day outside in the wonderful weather. I cannot recommend a visit here enough!

A mall with a view of the ocean and grassy patches? I’m definitely not in NYC anymore! Great place to stroll around after a meal - and lots of shopping options.

It’s definitely a beautiful atmosphere, especially during Christmas. The gelato triple chocolate is definitely a must. One less star because of dogs having better hair than me 😂 and older women with too much lip filler and skimpy outfits.😳

The destination shopping at Newport Beach area. Very nice collection of brands for the whole family members. Variety of coffee shops with outdoors and indoors dining with different selections of restaurants. Amazing atmosphere where you can spend a day out shopping and dining. Cars showrooms with the latest models

One of the prettiest malls I have ever been to. There was a large variety of shops, though most high end. There were also plenty of options for food both fast and sit down. The shops, restaurants, restrooms, and paths were all very clean and well laid out. If you are looking for a great way to spend the afternoon I would recommend this location.

It’s my favorite place to bring our fur babies! It’s pet’s friendly mall! The koi pond is just perfect for children to hang out. Daisy was amazed watching beautiful koi They are huge and beautiful The mall is very clean and the environment is very relaxing This is the best mall in OC!!

Our favorite mall to go and walk around and window shop. Lots of fancy people trying to one up each other in the fashion world. Not the place to shop on a budget. But cool ocean breezes, fun shops and outdoor decor and fountains are fun!

Well it is an experience in its own self shopping at Fashion Island. Of course it is pricey but it is also a fun day! Is such a wonderful place to walk and Window Shop and then maybe purchase something that you really can't live without! The best thing are the wonderful restaurants and there's also a Whole Foods Market there to enjoy!

There's a lot of construction around. Nevertheless, it's nice to walk under the sun with an ice cream. Pet friendly and it has a nice view

I can't say enough positive things about this department store! The customer service is exceptional - the staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. The store offers a wide range of high-quality products, and I love the fact that they often have special promotions and sales. It's a one-stop-shop for all my needs, and I appreciate the convenience it offers. This is definitely my go-to store for all my shopping needs!

It's my favorite outdoor shopping center. Close to the ocean, you smell sea and enjoy walking sunshine. Feel so great.

Wow 🤩!!! This was our first time visiting Fashion Island and we loved it! One of the prettiest and the most upscale shopping outdoor malls . We had such a great experience visiting Fashion Island. There is a large variety of shops, most high-end department stores ( Macy’s, Neiman Marcus, Norstrom,Bloomingdales ) and there are plenty of options for food both fast and sit down restaurants. The shops, restaurants, restrooms and paths are very clean and well laid out for a nice afternoon stroll. Beautiful fountains ⛲️ all over and Koi fish pond, beautiful views of the ocean, overall a great open and relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for taking some photos and enjoying beautiful California weather. If you’re looking for a great way to spend the afternoon I would definitely recommend this place.

One of the best malls in California is a beautiful and wonderful place. You can also spend a good time shopping and eating.

This is a nice plaza for adults. It has many stores, but not a place to take kids too. This plaza has mostly high end stores, so not very kid friendly. We did enjoy nitro made ice cream there. That was fun for my granddaughter. She was able to get a couple of toys from a store there as well. If you like to walk and window shop this is a good place. I put a pic of 4 shops there.

Very fancy and elegant mall. They carry many brands that you do not find in other malls. It’s a beautiful open air mall with many shops and restaurant. Great place to go and hangout with friends and family. Probably one of the best malls in Southern California.

Very nice shopping mall. Enjoyed our day shopping and lunch at Great Maple. There was quite a bit of construction going on, but not too disruptive. The mall was very well kept and lots of seating outdoors to rest.

I was here with a kiddo to do some shopping. We were there for Barnes and Noble because he needed a book. The woman who was helping us was very friendly and tried her best but they didn't end up having what he needed. We stopped at the food court (right before they closed) to grab a bite to eat because we were hungry. It was an okay experience all around.

Visited to see their Holiday decorations! Awesome installations! Great dining at Seasons 52 too!

Here’s one of the most upscale shopping malls I’ve ever seen, what a beautiful art of a shopping center experience! I enjoy coming here to browse the esthetically pleasing plaza paths on days when the temps elsewhere are way high. Here the ocean breeze prevails, with comfortable outdoor access, amid the style and views that sets this place apart. It is cool both figuratively and literally! Top of the line stores here often have good sales and close-outs at reduced prices. Coming here with friends and family is a chance to see the trends, compare prices and chat over a good meal!

This outdoor mall offers so many amazing restaurants and places to shop! I absolutely love the grounds and how peaceful and beautiful they are. There are water features all throughout as well as places to sit in the shade underneath an umbrella. We love going to the small every single time we go to California! Some of our favorite stores are vuori, Travis Matthews, Lululemon, Kendra Scott, Anthropologie, and free people. We highly recommend this mall and one of my favorite things is that dogs are welcome here and in every store.

Vast shopping mall with lots of parking, but still difficult to find a spot on weekends, so it is quite popular where people can do almost anything, eating, buying, looking, and having fun.

Went Sunday during Hurricane Hilary’s pass through. The food at Joeys was excellent and the palm trees blowing in the wind made beautiful scenery on a rainy day.

I came to this area for dinner at Sushi Roku. A lot of great restaurants out here and decent amount of parking. There is a valet as well.

It is a very well designed shopping center. My favorite parking spot: Enter off of Newport Center Dr by the Macys and coming soon RH. Make a right once you get to the stop sign and then drive to the very back of the lot. There is always parking back there and you will enter the mall closest to Macys and the Apple Store. Once you are in the mall, it is essentially an island, so walk all the way around and in all of the nooks and crannies. Really great designer stores and high end chain stores. Don’t miss the koi pond!

Many shops in the area. They're already setting up the tree at this time. The stores themselves are an alright variety but the view you can see from here is pretty amazing.
