It's an okay shopping area. Don't have the mall like they use to. Lots of stores and some restaurants.

Jewels in Home wood and Dyer are my favorite Jewels to shop at love there produce fruit is always fresh👍

Prices are a little high, however this is a great place to pick up groceries.

Our church ordered some chicken they didn't have it ready. The person kept asking what's the name of my organization then they gave me the wrong order so I took it anyways.

4 stars because they had everything I needed but the customer service was horrible. I went around 10am, it was difficult to get assistance locating certain items and the deli area was the worse. There were so many workers back there but I don’t know what they were doing, they weren’t calling numbers so I just walked off after a while. I’ll visit again but hopefully the staff is better.

😉 Shopped Jewel Osco since the early 70's. Quality has always been consistently good. Meats are fresh, produce in good variety, generally can find what you need. The pandemic has affected most stores one way or another. Check the expiration dates on things occasionally bought can goods that should have been removed long ago. I suppose staff that kept up with that pre-pandemic have moved on to other jobs. Prices have increased as they have in all stores so you have to be extremely selective in all your purchases. Happy shopping 🛒

They are adding new businesses in this plaza. It's getting better all the time.

My experience here was certainly not terrible, as I have had some awful experiences here in the past! Thank You for new employee's and management that treat us customer's much better and MAY GOD BLESS U ALL 🙏 ABUNDANTLY IN EVERY AREA NEEDED, PLUS MORE...!!!

Jewel is a little pricey, but their dedication/loyalty to the community is a testament to their concern for the community.

It was super busy at Jewel, but then again, it was a Friday evening! Got a delicious chocolate cake and variety of flavored cheesecake.

The store is neat, most of the time the advertised sale items are present. Customer service is always pleasant.

This is my favorite Jewel to shop at. It has most any item you can need. It is easy to get around and the workers are pleasant. One very special employee is Sharon, who heads up customer service. She is quite pleasant, and always knowledgeable and willing to help with any problem a consumer may have. Thank you Sharon for making shopping a good experience. Homewood Jewel is the place to go.

They have what I need most of the time. There's not alot of space in the store. Like to walk, turn around, and the isles are 5 feet from the registers so it's always a tight space to be in

Jewel is a nice store. The isles are small but they are clean. They do run out of the sale price item, so go early if you want that deal.

It's a wonderful place. Purchase my groceries online and to the store they bring groceries to the car. That way I don't have to walk around the store. Go home and take my groceries into the apartment. Love that part. The shopper does a good job getting the groceries together.

Prices are exceptionally high. 8.00 for a box of cereal. Honey Bunches of Oats. I left and went to Food for Less😂

We went to Target to look for items or gifts for the family. We also go to other stores in Park Place Plaza like Jewel Osco, Xfinity, and Home Depot.

You're speaking of my visit to Menard, I didn't get any further into the mall . Poor customer service, transportation that far to the store the online order couldn't be found, No store credit given, no adjustments made towards another purchase. 50% Given toward purchasing another item. Shipping the item to another store closer to me, out of the question. It was horrible. Security guard the only person expressed any concern . General manager 👎🏼 He ignored the issue standing at an exit door and didn't even respond.

I will never shop at this Jewel again!! Standing at the deli section for almost 25min and ended up leaving there was no since of urgency to assist customers!!! Horrible experience and never to return!! Too many other establishments I can go and get my groceries!! Just awful!!

Best chicken in the grocery in the America, must try jerk chicken grilled and fried also the jewels signature BBQ sauce all flavors.

It is a big store very well stocked. I was looking for whole baby catfish but they did not have any.

Clean store. friendly staff. Lines move quick. Good selection. Slowly getting more vegan options.

It can get pretty racist quick against blacks there just very subtle about it! Low income shoppers cannot shop there, it's not made for people with low income and the attitudes are funky and unfriendly, both customers and employees.

Needs brighter lighting. Unlike the one on 167th street. Very bright, don't need glasses to read the labels...the store needs a better floor plan though.
