The experience: Better than most. This place is pretty big inside. We were seated immediately. Our server was fantastically friendly. So much so that when she accidentally spilt our cup of water on our table and us, we laughed it off to ease her embarrassment. Fast attentive service. Food to our table about 5 minutes after ordering. The food: Better than most. At this price point, Sophia's is better than most. There are tons of options. Unique specials. Enormous portions. Food comes out hot and fresh. The chef seasons the food appropriately. Understands that well done bacon does not mean burnt and that eggs over hard means no runny yolk. The cost: Average. The cost is in line with brunch spots in the area. No surprises. Sophia's did lose a star because they wanted me to pay an additional $3 for a cup to take my remaining coffee with me. 👀🤦🏾‍♀️ like where do they do that. It's ridiculous. I'm not paying $6 for a swallow of coffee. Nah! Niche Note: I would go back. I would recommend. I would avoid holidays, because I think this place would be super crowded and there aren't really any covid measures in place.

When we first walked in we were met by a host that looked like she didn't want to be there today. Not one smile or eye contact at all. She sat us far away from everyone in the room, in the back, next to the napkins and 2go containers...don't know what that was all about. We ordered omelets and they were very good! Our server...Nina was amazing! Very attentive and friendly, I felt like we were long lost besties! This was our 2nd visit and we hope to return soon. Thanks again Nina! You're awesome 👌

Really great spot for breakfast. This place was packed when I visited over a weekend. The portion sizes are huge, I and my friend had to split one feta cheese omelette and it was very filling. Looking forward to visiting again.

IMO this is the best Sophia's location. The portions are huge, the food is delicious and the service is great! If you like chicken and skillets, try their Cajun chicken skillet- sooooo good! 😋 pictured is what I ordered - one egg, scrambled, no meat, wheat toast.

Food is good but they need to step it up with their customer satisfaction. Every time I order something for take out, they ALWAYS get something wrong or miss something. Either they get the cheese wrong or miss something. I've asked for their homemade butter, they said they'll put it and they don't. This time, they completely missed putting the eggs and cheese on a skillet, something i paid full price for and their priciest skillet on the menu AND an order of pancakes that comes with an omelet. How do you miss that? Who's checking to make sure all the ingredients are on the dish or that nothing is missing from the order? Nobody, apparently. I'm done buying from this place. Loyal customer, gone.

Breakfast food is usually when I go, sausage links are nice and fat very tasty bacon delicious because I like it crispy hash browns with onion and bell pepper in it delicious at some flavor. Medium scrambled eggs are over easy. Pancakes very delicious they have all kinds, with a few cups of coffee can go wrong they have flavor creamers also I rated a five. It's big nice atmosphere not too far to drive take your kids and your family enjoy.

This is my husband and my favorite breakfast/brunch place! Their food tastes amazing, is affordable, and huge portions. One time I even ordered food for my 3 year old and almost sent it back because I thought she got an adult sized order. They are so accommodating and friendly. Definitely try the blintzes or the Greek skillet

Had thee avocado burger was cooked perfectly. Waitress was very nice on the service she gave. Atmosphere was very positive..

The breakfast menu is their strength, but lunch ìs tragìc. I ordered the shrimp basket. The fries were still raw, and the shrimp was just above room temperature. The waitress was overwhelmed by customers, so I was unable to get it corrected. My wife's breakfast was equaĺy cold because they cooked the sausage and bacon in advance and then served it. I won't go back. Unless you enjoy undercooked or ŕoom temperature food, I'd look elsewhere for food.

If I could come here everyday to eat I would, food was greater than I expected. Staff was working together nicely and you can tell they actually care.

I wish I could give a negative rating. So we went there yesterday for my daughter's birthday. We ordered the Mediterranean fritatta (no mention of bacon on the menu). I couldn't finish it there got left overs and I see bacon in it. We do not eat bacon at all. This is so not done. You can't play with one's religion like that.

Not up to the expectations of their other location. I had steak n eggs. Eggs were great, steak wasn't. Pancake was kinda small but good. I LOVE biscuits and gravy. Theirs is horrible, not the worst but not edible. SERVICE WAS AWESOME!!! The service alone is worth going back for! They were busy, with others waiting and my food was quick. Im not looking forward to a return, but wouldn't object. I think they could do better. I might try them again.

I never had a bad experience from here dining in, but the one time I get take out, I find a piece of metal on my food. Looks like a piece of a metal dish scrub. That's not even cool. I call in to let them know that I found it and all they say is either come back (20min drive) or we'll just issue a credit for when you come back. How do they expect me to come back after this one? I've been looking forward eating here, only to be disappointed? No thanks. I'm good.

Easy to sit from street. Big place lots of seating. Fast paced food .great big servings.But the taste of the food is meh.Bland not the best. The portions make up for taste I probably won’t be back nice waitstaff tho.

My wife and I went here this afternoon and we wanted to try it out. We snuck in right before closing, she had the pumpkin pancakes and I had a breakfast platter. The pancakes were big and perfectly fluffy, the sausage and bacon were perfect, and the coffee was excellent. We were the last customers of the day and I know the staff just wanted to go home; but Brittany waited on us and was very professional and extremely hospitable. She made us feel right at home and because of her my wife and I have a new favorite pancake place.

I have visited this location for years and this is the first time I ordered fish. I usually order breakfast. The fish tasted spoiled. I told the sever and she said it was nothing she could do. The server sent the Supervisor. Supervisor said dish should taste fishy. The supervisor went to get the owner. The owner said I was costing him money and he asked me to not come back. What place of business tells the customer they are costing them money; when there would be no business without the customer. I would never return to this establishment. I tipped the server well because it wasn’t her fault.

Love this place. One of my go-to's for breakfast. I really enjoy their soups. Have not been disappointed there.

I’ve been to two of their locations. Service is great but the food isn’t all that. Not real happy that they charge a service fee. Who gets that fee? We already tip the server. I won’t be back.

Came here for the first time last week and everything was pretty good. I've driven past this place plenty of times and decided to try. I had a real bad craving for some french toast, and it was pretty tasty. They have a big menu, so it was hard to select one meal. Bathroom was clean, and Service was competent and lovely. Please keep up the great work.

The women washroom is in a need of renovation. It was scary and I could not enjoy my food. The emergency door has some rust. The food was okay.

We used to really like this place, but they are understaffed which led to a bad experience. We waited 45 minutes for toast and sugar free syrup that our waitress forgot to bring us. I think that they've packed so many tables into the place that they just can't keep up with the number of customers. We will probably not come back here on a weekend again.

First of all, as you can see the small cup on the left is a small and they claim a large cup (on the right) is a “large” lol. They don’t even offer refills on the orange juice for it to be almost $6 a cup. The empty “cup” you see is what a cup of lemon rice comes in which only took me 5 mouthfuls to finish. They also charge .35 cents per bread roll that isn’t even good and is very sweet. In my opinion around the clock is way better for the price and amount of food you get although they don’t have fresh squeezed OJ I would much have rather dined in there over here anyday. This was my experience on 9/21/2023 btw.

Returning customers, the food is great. I tried the banana French toast it was amazing. I shared it with my partner and we both decided to order it again next time.

Nice service clean from what I see. The skillet bowl is very deep with good food. The steak wasn't dry or thin nice size strips. And they have heat nice comfortable temperature.Will be back soon.

Absolutely Awful! Got seated and the pitcher of water had way too much ice to the point where water was mostly ice. The server was pretty rude but the food was worse! The eggs tasted horrible, the sausages were way too greasy and the French toast had no flavor! The bacon was rock hard and my mom’s chicken sandwich was dry and had no flavor. The food tasted like rubber! A waste of $40! Save your money and go elsewhere! Never coming back again!
