I have tested almost all the crosstraining / crossfit rooms in Lyon and I can say that for me Crossfit Sector 3 is one of the 3 best rooms in Lyon. I'm not signing up just because it's really far from home but I really would have liked to. The coach is super strong, the atmosphere is very friendly and the room is well equipped. I highly recommend!!!

Great atmosphere, great place and great people! I went there to try crossfit and it was a great experience, full of warmth (sweating and the pleasantness of the people). If you want to mix sport and pleasure: don't hesitate! :)
