Beautiful
bar,
built
by
South
African
Irish
diaspora.
Inspired
by
the
Gin
Palace
in
Dublin
if
you
ever
feel
like
going
to
Ireland.
Has
been
sold
little
two
years
ago
to
a
group
of
three
french
"businessmen".
But
now
there
is
nothing
else
Irish
about
the
place.
The
few
regulars
know
it,
and
you
would
know
it
too.
Prices
are
pretty
cheap
regarding
the
draught
beers
on
Happy
Hour,
but
so
is
probably
the
paycheck
of
the
majority
of
the
staff
and
the
day-to-day
students
working
there.
Food
is
really
expensive
since
they
raised
their
prices
greatly
the
past
few
months,
without
increasing
the
poor
quality,
plus
most
of
the
food
isn't
made
there.
The
only
good
things
are
the
fries/chips
which
are
surprisingly
delicious
(also
the
only
thing
homemade
there),
AND
the
staff.
The
French-style
version
of
an
"Irish
Pub"
that
tries
and
turn
itself
into
a
club
on
the
weekends.
That
would
unfortunately
include
shady
characters
late
in
the
night.
Men's
toilets
reeks
and
all
this
is
probably
what
they
mean
by
their
motto
"More
than
a
Pub".

You
are
probably
the
worst
exemple
of
a

I've
ever

the
chance

on.
The
turnover
is
quite
high
in
your

for
a
reason.
There
are
many
negative

I
too
hope
that
somehow
you
will
find
a
way

age
with
grace
in
an
ever
changing
service
industry.
