EN: We had a really good experience at this restaurant 5/5 🌟. They only serve one dish and do it properly. Started with a green salad with well seasoned walnuts. The meat was very tasty and cooked to perfection and served with chips on the side. Additionally, our waiter, Florian, was doing an amazing job, running the floor all by himself.

Came for dinner. Since they don’t take reservations we arrived at opening and we’re immediately seated. Food arrived quickly (they only serve salad, fries, and entrecôte) Salad was simple mix of leaves and walnuts with a nice dressing which was quite good. Meat came out soon after perfectly cooked and dripping with a fantastic butter sauce. Fries were decent, a little soggy at first but got crispier as the night went on. We didn’t stay for dessert so can’t report on that but the menu looked good. Enjoyed the food and the service was great. Would definitely come back!

We ate yesterday at this restaurant. The service was below average. The waiter had temper in the first 30 minutes of our visit and while taking the order. The food was ok and honestly i find it to be less meat and a lot of fries. The fries had no taste. One of my friends didn’t even touch them. The manager never checked on us or asked us if we were satisfied. The waiter didn’t even ask us if we wanted another round of fries for the second round of meat. I needed to use the toilets but couldn’t because of how dirty and smelly they were. You can’t even breath down there. It was disgusting to enter. To keep it short: customer service below average. No customer attention at all. No welcoming staff. Food is average. Pricing average. Disgusting toilets. I honestly prefer Le Relais de L’entrecôte when it comes to this food for the price. Don’t think I’ll eat here any time soon!

Very tasty food! One of the best stakes I have ever eaten! If you are in Lyon or if you are visiting Lyon it’s a must! Loved it! Highly recommend. The waiters were also very friendly and they speak English!!👍👍👍 As you can see from the photos we ate the whole thing!!

Another unmissable french institution. There's only one plate in the menu. You start with a simple salad with nuts, and then you only have the option to decide how cooked you would prefer your meat, which will come with their signature sauce and fries as a side. Delicious!

The concept here is different. They only serve one dish, which is a green salad with walnuts, French fries (all you can eat) and beef with a super tasty sauce (if you wish to add more sauce it is 2€ plus). The menu for desserts is bigger (they are delicious and portions very generous). Price for the menu is 21€ and dessert vary between 7 and 8€

Would definitely recommend. Great spot centrally located. Old school steakhouse vibe. Steak and special sauce was pretty darn good. Pricing made it well worth it. Service was exceptional. Child next to us split my Coke on me and server apologized more than the family. Offered me a free dessert.

The meat is fresh and tasty. The fries are good. However, there is a long queue outside the restaurant while several tables are empty inside. The sauce is very oily and tasteless and the meat portion is small.

One choice only for their "entrecôte" of course, which means a steak cut from between the ribs. It includes a starter of green salad + steak in their special sauce that i can't tell what exactly it is + all you can eat homemade thin crispy fries at 21eur . There are more choices for drinks and desserts. There were complaints about their customer service but we were quite happy both times we came. They were super busy but still quite fast to serve. And the waiter at the inside corner on the ground floor was friendly and helpful. Also it's worth a try for their Le Mount Blanc desert for any sweet tooth.

I'm a satisfied customer. I came 5 mins before the restaurant was opened at 7pm and managed to get a table without any hassle. The meat was perfectly cooked and the sauce was TO DIE FOR! I wiped out all of the sauce on the plate with my bread as my last resort to savor all of that flavour. Fries were offered fresh all the time and regularly. The service was top notch. Princess was in charge of the area I was sitting at and she was fast, attentive and the most important of all: very genuine in her work. She went out of her way when a customer next to me needed extra help. She always spoke with a smile on her face with everybody. I really commend her, the entire team and the food, I will definitely be back when I come to Lyon again

Great customer service, i love the ambience. The food tastes good but I think they serve just one type of food, fries with steak. Dessert tastes amazing don’t forget to try it. The location is great too :) highly recommended.

If you haven't been before it's important to know the only main course is steak and fries. The only option is how you like it cooked. Do not bother if you are vegetarian or vegan. As a group of 3, we started queuing just outside the door but were waiting less than 10 mins to be seated. The service is quick, and the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The steak was tasty, there is a secret sauce they used which was really nice. Unfortunately, what accompanies the steak is just a mountain of fries. It would be great to have some other options, but this is their trick to getting people in and out quickly. Saying that we never felt we were being rushed. The wine went well with the steak, and the dessert menu had plenty of choice. For 3 people with wine and desserts, it was a little over 100 euros. Overall it was very good and I would come again

A really good restaurant in my opinion. The meat is fresh, the sauce is amazing, the fries are thin and crispy. The deserts are also really good. The only thing that made me a bit uncomfortable is that the tables are placed so close to each other that you feel like you are sharing a table with the people next to you. Otherwise, everything was great!

Had a great experience at L'Entrecôte in Lyon. The food was excellent, though be prepared for a substantial wait—visited on a Sunday, waited about an hour to be seated. Noticed a wine stain on the first glass, but it was swiftly replaced. The ambiance is warm and European, and the overall pricing is very reasonable.

Would recommend. Great food and reasonably priced. Only one thing on the menu: Steak Fries, with pepper sauce and unlimited fries.

I likebit because there's only one menu sobi don't need tobtake time to choose. The french fries are so good and can be refilled.

First time here. Bit of a queue but this very quickly reduced. Server was very friendly and attentive. The food was perfect. I was with two others and we all requested our steak cooked differently. Myself rare, and the others medium and well done. They was all cooked perfectly. The fries were fantastic and I could have easily eaten a lot more. Very well priced too.

Good price for money, good quality meat and tasty food. Fixed menù with a small salad followed by entrecot with french fries. We arrived for dinner just at 19pm and the service was nice, the doneness of the meat was well followed and the sauce spiced and tasty. All you can eat french fries. Later on, the restaurant got crowded. Desserts were also nice. We took the profiteroles and the Vacherin.

Men staffs are lovely and kind but women staffs are in cold attitude with blank face. And food is ok but amount is not enough. Camparing to Paris' same resto, sauce is different! especially i ordered white wine, that was not good like water.

👍 Nice experience in this new restaurant. Gentle staff, there is a nice feeling. I recommend the salads which are super tasty and creative. Could not experience the fresh juice as the restaurant seems to have some teething problems but I will come back in a few weeks to try more.
