I've
only
been
here
a
few
hours,
and
my
initial
response
was
wow
as
I
entered
the
lobby.
The
staff
was
very
pleasant.
My
primary
language
is
English,
and
I
was
greeted
in
English.
I
wish
I
knew
more
French.
(I
should
have
paid
more
attention
in
high
school
in
Trinidad
🇹🇹
)
Lobby
is
well
designed
and
felt
very
fancy
and
rich,
bags
were
looked
after,
and
reception
was
great.
The
room
is
small,
but
I
have
come
to
expect
the
small
spaces
in
Europe.
The
bathroom,
although
we'll
think
of
very
tight.
Had
to
sit
sideways
to
use
it,
or
knees
would
hit
the
tub.
If
you
are
a
tall
person,
you
would
have
major
issues.
The
tub
is
a
little
high
of
the
ground
and
getting
in
could
be
challenging
and
getting
out
even
more
challenging.
Suspect
the
plumbing
is
under
the
tub
and
why
the
tub
is
elevated,
slipping
getting
out
could
be
an
issue.The
furnishing
are
upgraded
as
expected.
Very
fancy.
Faucets
are
spectacular
and
very
nice.
Granite
countertop.
The
colour
scheme
is
very
warm
and
friendly.
The
view:
we
have
a
corner
suit,
and
the
view
over
looking
the
river
and
the
east
side
is
spectacular.
I'll
give
that
a
10
for
sure.
Room
service:
My
wife
tried
calling
room
service,
but
nobody
answered.
People
are
busy
sometimes,
so
I
will
let
that
slide.
I
have
no
issue
with
that,
but
my
wife
did,
lol.
Over
in
the
few
hours
I'm
doing
fine.
BTW,
while
writing
this,
my
wife
complained
about
the
height
of
the
tub.
I'm
just
saying.
I
will
continue
my
review
as
I
spend
more
time
here.
I
have
been
to
Paris
a
few
times
and
am
my
first
time
here
in
Lyon
and
already
think
Lyon
seems
nicer
and
friendlier.
Photo
of
the
view
from
my
room
and
elevator
lobby
on
my
floor.
I'm
back
home
now,
and
after
spending
3
days
there,
I
give
a
solid
8/10.
The
staff
and
service
are
a
definite
10.
They
were
great
to
talk
to
and
very
friendly.
On
my
last
day,
one
of
the
staff
had
a
medical
emergency.
I
hope
everything
is
OK.
I
highly
recommend
this
hotel
and
check
out
the
restaurant
on
the
8th
floor.
