Another Mercure Hotel and this is at the top of their range. Beautiful twin room with 2 queen beds, adequate bathroom with a great rain head shower 🚿. Excellent size bath and hand towels! Room was very clean and quite large. On site restaurant which is very good. We had dinner and while the chicken was dry I could not fault the service. All in All an enjoyable stay. We had an excellent 4 night stay. Your front desk staff checked us in quickly and the young man helped us with our bags by taking them to the room for us. The room was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was good although the shower could have been more powerful, not a big issue though. We slept well every night, the room was quiet and the air conditioning was adequate, but not cold. Again, a very small issue. Well done to the staff who were all excellent and helpful

Extremely friendly and helpful staff throughout the organisation! The rooms I stayed in were sufficient, though not special. However, the beds... ♥️ The Best I've ever slept at any hotel! The restaurant provides a generous breakfast with a top notch selection focusing on the European experience (the cheeses!) and the 3 course dinner I enjoyed there exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended!

Although the hotel is a little older, most things were renovated. Mostly impressed by the $18euro most of all - the breakfast buffet were simply very good. The selection was plenty. The quality was great and it accommodated different taste buds with good cold and hot options in food and in beverages. Will return if we come back here

Fairly standard experience as you'd expect from a Mercure however we had a few issues. Air conditioning malfunctioned on our first night and they didn't have a replacement room available until the following night. Pool was good to cool down and relax but the temperature in the fitness suite was really hot (not ideal when you're working up a sweat) and several of the machines were broken and needed a service. Parking an additional charge of 28 EUR per night.

I had a work conference here. I had a great experience. The restaurant and breakfast are quite good. Very comfortable and clean room. It was quite. They were very responsive to our business needs.

Great hotel, clean, and the staff is professional and welcoming. Just a little something on the pool, it's pretty small so don't base your judgement only on it.

Breakfast was awesome, but expensive. Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms are clean, but ours smelled of stale cigarettes. Location was out of the way.

Rooms smell of a wet vacuum that hasn't been allowed to let the carpet dry. Toilets were not well maintained with the flush continuously leaking, In general the hotel is in need of updating.

Great location between train station and the tourist areas. Very quiet. Easy walking distance to everything.

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, not fancy. The bathroom is adequate and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant onsite for breakfast and dinner, it's expensive. The location is really good, although the busy street makes it loud all day and night. There is an amazing grocery store across the street. One block from the bus and major connections. A few minutes to the subway. Walkable to the city centre and old city. There is an enormous shopping mall that is nearby.

Big breakfast spread. Rooms are dated but fine. In the city so accessible to transit and other attractions.

I spent two nights and completely enjoyed the stay. Room size along with the bed was perfect. The breakfast buffet was the best way to get the day started. The staff I interacted with were very accomodating. One minor irritant was the lack of real glasses in the bathroom. The paper cups are tacky and need to go.
