I went there during my trip to Lyon and was impressed by the staff’s kindness. The facilities were clean and my order was ready quite quickly. Had a very positive experience 🎖️

There is no veggie berger in the menu. Only cheese wrap.

The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. Toilets terribly disgusting. Service quite slow considering the substantial number of staff and the very little customers ordering.

Horrible experience and waste of money! Went ordered CBO + crocmcdo and both burgers were disgusting without any form. Talked to see the manager who was indifferent said there was nothing wrong with my order and didn't refund my money nor he excused himself. Also the toilet was a health hazard. Take a look at the pictures. Horrible manager I will denounce this incident to the health authorities cause is out of the norm to have an establishment in that conditions. I feel sick.

The worst mcdo ever . Seriously . Even when there is no crowd , they still take so so long and they keep taking with each other like they are long lost twins or whatever . I have been to mcdo bellecour where it’s always crowdy but still they do their best . I have worked in mcdo for a year so I know the drill of how long it takes . For a simple menu as mcfirst they took 20 mins . I went here two times , one when it was crowdy I waited with patience but today no people and still very late .

They have the stickiest floor you will ever experience. Tables are covered in rests of food and the trays are just piled on top of the bins...

One of the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. Almost no one was there and it still took 15 minutes to do two small burgers. Personnel looked like they had no idea what to do and no apology for long waiting.

It’s very dirty I never see adirty place same like that they didn’t clean and service very bad. It’s not clean at all they didn’t put gloves 😣

This location was very dirty and overall not in a very good shape. At first I didn't even receive everything that I ordered. Luckily the staff was friendly and after mentioning to them that my order was incomplete they sorted it out quickly.
