Staying here as a student since they also rent out student studios. Room has cockroaches and no Wi-Fi like promised. Stove did not work and the only fixed that by giving me a camping stove after a month. Wi-Fi is still not fixed and still cockroaches after repeatedly sending emails and complaining at the reception. Stay away from this place!

No good. We arrived at 11:45PM and there were no instructions on how to get in and nobody would answer the phones. No communication for how to get in and we’re not sure if we’ll even be able to stay here now or if we’ll just sleep in the floor in the lobby.

Honestly, this is the worst place, where I was in my life. I don't think, I have high standards, but this one was a low point even for me. The room was smelly and very dirty. There was no cleaning inbetween days. The price compared to all of this, is really high (90 EUR = night). I really felt that I was tricked.

One of my worst hotel experiences in a long time. Reception closes at 21:00 so for us no chance to fix any of the many inconveniences in our room. Heating was broken, bathroom was a joke with no continues hot water, unclear no of beds so we were with 3 in a room thats really only for 2 people with no extra blankets available (cold and awkward). Luckily Lyon is a great city so we could be out as much as possible, but this was truly horrible. Especially considering the price was over 300 euros for 2 nights due to the light festival. I wouldn't even pay 20 for this.

terrible service and communication. they didn’t give an access code to the lockbox for after hours check in. called several phone numbers with no answers. they didn’t respond via the booking platform messages. we got one person on the phone and then they hung up on us. we called again with no answer. we were faced with the prospect of having no place to sleep and stuck in the lobby for an hour when another guest arrived and opened the lock box for us. beds & sheets were poor quality and the entire floor reeked of cigarette smoke.
