Perfect place to get your work done. Quiet, super friendly staff, great coffee, fast Internet and good selection of snacks! definitely worth the 5euros per hour :)

Original concept where you pay on the time you spend there and can snack and consume hot drinks for free. Plus nice decoration in a spacious area in the city center. Cherry on the cake the staff is very welcoming.

If you’re in Lyon for a day and need to work, or if you want to change environment for studying, Anticafé is the right place to go! The place is cozy, staff is polite and helpful and the Wi-Fi connection super good. You pay 6€/hour (26€ is the max one would pay for the day) and can have as many coffees as you want! But not only coffee, you could ask for cappuccino, macchiato, and so on! Alongside this, they also offer madeleines, cake, chips, some kinds of cookies, milk, and some cold food such as hommus, cuncumbers etc.

What an excellent example of a properly executed work-centered café. The prices I find very reasonable for what you receive in return. For €5 per hour, or €24 per day, you have access to a lovely and comfortable space and a wide assortment of unlimited beverages and snacks. The location is very new and has the new store smell and feel to it. There is a great room with plenty of tables and chairs where you actually have space to place your laptop and notebooks on without having to resort to placing things in your lap (there is even a table with a chessboard setup). There are also laptop stands available throughout as well as plenty of power plugs to stay charged all day. There is a second room that has two phone booth style cutouts for you take phone calls. As well as a bar/counter setup as well that is also equipped with power outlets. In a separate partition there is a small meeting room with several tables and a white board. If you go downstairs there is another large room that can host several people and is also equipped (by request) with a projector/presentation setup. The kitchen and café area boast multiple beverage options and has a proper espresso machine for your latte or mocha. The kitchen is well stocked with breads, cookies, chips, vegetables, hummus, and various other goodies including Nutella and honey. Lastly, the location also has several board games, playing cards, and has print and scan services to meet all of your work, or relaxation needs.

Absolutely adore this place! The food offered is great, drinks are great, service great, awesome atmosphere. And how do they do this for so cheap? Hell yeah, it's awesome!

Very cool, unique place. You pay for the length of time you spend there. You don't pay for the coffee/food. Can't remember how much it costs. Definitely a different kinda place. Try it out. Great customer service. Cool idea.

Love this co-working space. For 5 euros an hour, you get unlimited coffee, snacks, and wifi. They also have a printer and air conditioning.

The concept is that you pay as long as you stay while everything is free during the time you spend in the cafe! I loved the concept but not very efficient if you want to stay for a long period..

So this cafe works differently. You pay for the time you stay, not what you eat/ drink. They give you a card and you hand this back and pay for the time time spent there. Coffees are made by the baristas, they'll give you hot water for tea too. You help yourself to tea bags/ food from around the back of the main counter. Small cakes, cereals and carrot sticks etc are available.

You pay for the hour! Except for some beverages, everything else in the cafe is free. After walking around for hours in Lyons, this was the best place to chill out, have some snacks, a couple of coffees and play some board games. The front-end staff was super helpful and patient in explaining the concept of the cafe

😠 I've heard nothing but good things from other people about this place! However, in my experience the cappuccinos here are absolutely terrible... I legitimately felt sick for days after. The taste was awful. I didn't know it was possible to screw up that badly on a simple cappuccino. Needless to say...

👍👍 Such an awesome place! Hopped in to escape the rainstorm, and was amazed by the concept, nice staff and the warm atmosphere. The idea of self-service is really nice, makes me feel like home (except my home doesn’t look as stylish :D). Most of the food in buffet is sweet (so for example no salty sand...
