place
definitely
was
an
experience.
I
don’t
like
to
leave
bad
reviews,
as
I
have
worked
in
the
hospitality
industry
for
years
myself
however
I
was
genuinely
shocked
and
disappointed.
My
friends
were
already
eating
when
I
arrived
at
the
table,
and
had
mentioned
the
service
had
been
extremely
slow
and
they
were
out
of
stock
on
items.
I
sat
down
and
had
a
look
through
the
menu
and
waited
for
about
10
minutes
for
a
member
of
staff
to
take
an
order.
I
got
up
and
spoke
to
who
I
assumed
to
be
managing,
and
asked
where
I
could
order,
to
which
he
asked
for
my
table
and
I
sat
down
again,
then
told
a
member
of
staff
to
see
me.
It
took
about
15
minutes
before
a
friendly
staff
member
walked
by
clearing
tables
and
had
realised
I’d
still
not
ordered,
and
so
she
took
my
order
from
me.
The
drink
and
food
arrived
fairly
quickly
fortunately,
and
the
crepe
wasn’t
too
bad.
When
we
tried
to
pay,
the
member
of
staff
split
the
bill
incorrectly
and
when
we
requested
a
refund
so
we
could
pay
the
correct
amounts
for
what
we
had
actually
consumed,
he
gave
us
the
bill
and
told
us
to
work
it
out
ourselves,
with
a
very
blunt
goodbye.
I
will
say
at
least
the
place
was
visually
nice.
It
had
a
cosy
feel.
But
overall,
I
wasn’t
overly
impressed.
