Very nice place. Small downside (the 5th star less), there is a smell of urine under the bridge on the Quai du Rhône. Otherwise, the left bank quay is really very well laid out and very pleasant, at least up to the Parc de la Tête d'Or.

To do and redo. A new experience every time. Whether it's the nostalgic old Rastafari with whom you share your cannabinoid pittance, the stressed Algerian who gets stuck 5 meters from you over a woman's affair, the MuMu who hurtles down the slope on a bike to check your bag and pockets then leave empty-handed, throwing “bsahtek!” the Marseille tourists who offer you a friendly glass of pastis (“don’t you have a garo frr?”) or the pleasant evenings with friends drinking calmly: it’s a summary of the popular nightlife of Lyon. It's worth the detour.

The quays of the Rhône are for me the best place in Lyon to come and relax with friends for a drink, play, eat or do whatever you want

A classic in Lyon for an aperitif at the end of the day. Be careful at the end of the evening of groups that get agitated

Excellent for having a picnic on the grass. For most of its length there are adjacent bars so anything else you have somewhere else to go. You can still bring your drinks and something to snack, as well as have your own music. It is an area where many people walk, run or veil. Also if you arrive early and find a shade under a tree, you can just relax and read a book. Chilling place to have a good time!
