What a great disappointment!! It was our first day in beautiful Lyon and we decided to visit this restaurant. It was July 7th and our first thought was to sit outside. However, both the tables and the benches were dirty, covered with spilled cola. So, we sat inside. It was clean, but the food was tasteless! I ordered chicken nuggets that came at a decent quantity, but rather cold and bland. My family ordered burgers, which didn't live up to their expectations of burger king. Definitely, it was money badly spent! ☹ P. S. The stars go to the location!

Anouchka the manager will make you pay the ketchup sauce ! Never seen that before in a low quality fast food

Fast food? 14min for the simplest burger? It's great to optimize the number of worker, but they need more workers now! Be human!

The food is really tasty here. But unfortunately the toilet for men didn't work, so all the people was waiting to go to female resting room

You can certainly do better. BK was the only option beyond MD and Quick for years and was ok to rotate but the other franchises stepped up their game while BK food is a bit less tasty and service slightly below. Still a great option if you are in love with the Whopper which is a tried and true classic

Great place to have a quick meal. They are organized and usually is not a slow service. Maybe the overall cleaning could ve better, but it is understandable due to its turnover. Even it s not very healthy, it s worthy once in a while

We love going to burger King for their veggie burgers but what a horrible experience was in this branch !! Such a poor service. The whole team is filled with inefficient staff. Too slow, always making errors I their order (not just ours, we saw 4 other people waiting in line with the same problem about mistake in their orders). We waited 35 minutes for 2 menu orders and finally once we received, there was mistake (didn't give onion rings, gave fries), and everything was super cold, not just cold but kinda frozen. Two of the burgers had half cooked / semi-frozen steaks inside ! We wasted not only our money but also our time by going to this burher King. Never again...

It's standing out from the rest of the french fast foods you can find. You pay for a good amount of food and tasty one indeed, good menu diversity, even some vegetarians which is always great! Fries and burgers are delicious and the staff is really nice!

If you want to eat right here - it's a cool place. If you wanna order from here - you better find another place. 5 from 5 times I did order they sent me half of my order! And every time I hoped "okay, this time maybe will be fine" - nope it'll be bad as always... BUT if you wanna eat right here - cool place! They will feed you well. But in lunch time it will be crowded. Really crowded

Waited 20 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries. Was given a cheese burger twice instead the hamburger I had ordered (Allergic to cheese). One of the burgers I took to my table and opened, and they just put it back in the rack to be served. Very disappointed.

Conveniently located right outside the Confluence mall and next to the tram stop. Standard menu options with outside seating overlooking the river.

Lovely staff, but really poorly organized the restaurant was a mess with a lot of dust, service was slow and the kitchen was clearly understaffed

The place was packed. However the food didn't take long. Very good food (according to B.K. standards). Facilities were clean.
