I would NOT recommend ordering from Paul via Deliveroo. My delivery was never made but they did keep the money: They refused any reimbursement, they refused to deliver another day or hour. They said the delivery is "lost". This is FRAUD. If you visit their facebook page it is full of complaints and no one is answering them. Paul has chosen to use them as a "delivery" and they do not seem to be worried about the complains... Unbelievable..

I'm not fluent in French but I try to speak it here and there to improve my French language. When making my order, I deigned to make the unforgivable mistake of pronouncing a word wrong, and without any exaggeration, 3 staff members started laughing and hollering for 5 minutes straight as if they were in a stand-up comedy show and I'm their source of entertainment. I highly recommend investing some time in training your uncivil staff in basic mannerisms and human decency.
