Above all, do not buy products that have not yet arrived in their warehouse. When it says “shipped within 10 weeks” that’s a lie. I placed an order for a whole set of tableware in April, 7 months later I still have nothing! The customer service information is misleading. It is unacceptable to make you hope for nothing. On the other hand, I did not receive a full refund for my order. They also dare to make you pay the shipping costs, what a shame... So I find myself with a habitat card (to benefit from a reduction on shipping costs) which will be of no use to me since I will never order from them again …

    I bought a sofa at Habitat Lille but flooded the other cities with information: RUN!! You will never be delivered or reimbursed (we discovered that our reimbursement request file had simply been closed!!). We ended up being reimbursed but by going through the store and threatening to file a complaint directly against the manager and not to leave the store without having won our case. We were ready to take the next step: stay on site and notify all the customers who were returning. We were determined, calm but firm. Customer service is a scam, don't expect anything from it!!
