    We traveled 200km of highway to come to Lyon and we left our car for 5 days in this parking lot. When we returned, we had a rat's nest under our hood and the electrical conduits were eaten away to the point that it caused a general short circuit and the car would no longer start. We reported these facts to Q-Park Frankfurt who surprisingly told us that the rodent was already in the car when we arrived.

    The 2 elevators broken down with a baby, a stroller and large suitcases... Qpark clearly has deep pockets when it comes to paying for maintenance services on its equipment. I won't come back to your house again.

    Everything needs to be reviewed for a minimum of customer service. At first, online booking and payment worked well. You scan your QR-code at the entrance and get a ticket. On the way back it gets very complicated. Unable to find an entrance to return. The one you came out of offers no way to open the door. And of course you won't see any information displayed that could help you. According to the TCL security guards nearby, dozens of people per week are looking for ways to enter the parking lot to retrieve their car. It’s reassuring, you feel less alone walking around the building on a Sunday evening. In the end you ring the intercom and wait for someone to open the door. Listen carefully for the door to click because the person won't say a single word. Then arriving at the exit barrier, the terminal asks for payment again even though it has already been made online. You ring the bell and have to give your reservation details so that they can open the door. So keep all emails received carefully. Conclusion: I doubt that parking rental is Q-Park's business. This should rather be left to professionals.

    QPark or how to pay twice for parking. Online reservation for an amount of €103 debited from my credit card. When I arrive on the scheduled date and time, the terminal gives me a ticket after I scan my QR code. On my return (date in accordance with the internet order and time after about an hour), I present the ticket and I have to pay €124 to be able to leave. I have since been in dispute with QPark. I made a complaint at the end of June but it has so far gone unanswered despite my reminders and the provision of the elements requested by QPark to prove the double payment. Next step, filing a complaint for fraud and sending a letter to the DGCCRF.
