A wonderful bouchon serving delicious cuisine from Lyon! The workers here are amazing and extremely professional, while the food will not disappoint you. A very well curated selection of wines rounds this place off as one of my favorite restaurants in Lyon.

Delicious menu, need to reserve in advance. Nice terrace but no view (only neighbor buildings). Hard to find parking nearby.

Beware of this restaurant. They cancelled without telling me. I only found out since I called to double check. They were unapologetic and rude. They were quite frank about the fact that I used Fork to reserve, so they felt they could cancel. If you are from outside Lyon, beware about this place.

The best meal one can have in Lyon - traditional, well priced and delicious

Today was my last full day of holiday in Lyon and my last restaurant choice did not disappoint. Amble seating inside and outside the bouchon, tonight I sat outside. The team were very prompt and attentive. I started with my usual order: Lyonnaise Salad. Nicely delivered, I ate it all 🙂. For my entree I thought I would be "adventurous" and ordered a pike (fish) dish served with mixed rice. I honestly had no idea what to expect. What the chef provided was what I will call something like a souffle (pic below). It was light and delicuous, not too fishy, a very pleasant surprise. I finished my meal with something light, strawberry sorbet. It was very fruity, not too sweet and it was the perfect choice for me. Thank you for a great ending to my week in Lyon.

Delicious food, quick service in a casual, relaxed setting with a nice outdoor terrace. The beef tartare was well seasoned. The quelle has a delicious creamy crab sauce. Also enjoyed the lyonaise salad and grilled scallop! Recommend.

I wish I could have lunch here at least once a week! Great wine selection as well. Go for Alexis if you want a White Beaujolais. Merci Chef!

The best bouchon I've tried in Lyon! Our group included a native from Lyon and agreed that everything from the cannelle to the desserts were absolutely the best. Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. I will definitely be back next time. Highly recommend!

OMG… if you ever come to Lyon, you have to try Le Bouchon des Artistes. We had dinner here in summer 2022, and came back again this week. We started with the salad Lyonnaise - ok who knew bacon(lardons) and poached eggs could go on salad and make it sooo yummy. Can you say mind blown? I want bacon and eggs for salad dressing more often. Next we had the quenelle (pike fish soufflé in a crab broth sauce.)Yum yum yum. We also had lamb picadillo wrapped in pastry with a magical sauce that made my brain hurt it was so good. This Baba au rhum was extraordinary. The cake was just the right firmness while still being light with just a hint of rhum and the apricot sauce could go on anything and make it taste good. Very yummy. Now I want to go back for more. Ok. I know I will be dreaming about this place and would love to come back on our next visit to Lyon!

Far and away the best meal I've had in months. The poultry liver cake was extraordinary. The specialty cocktail was very good, as well. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Prices were very low for the quality of food.

Came here a few weeks ago and was one of my favorite restaurants I went to in Lyon. Excellent food and wine selections. Dish highlights among the group were the quenelle, pate with financial sauce, and chocolate praline mousse.
