Passing through Lyon for the holidays, our cat was delighted with his stay at the pension even though he normally has difficulty adapting. The staff are passionate and helped us enormously on the last day: after struggling in his carrier out of fear, our cat managed to open the door on the way back and fled into the surrounding streets. Forced to cancel our train and search for it all evening, the pension kept our luggage for us and remained available well after closing at 7 p.m. They also helped us do rounds to look for him and provided us with a cage and food to bait him. With great luck, we ended up finding him in a car a few hours later... We finally got home safely with him, thanks again to the pension!
