Hello
everyone!
My
first
experience
with
Hackett:
Being
a
regular
Ralph
Lauren
customer
and
knowing
the
reputation
of
the
Hackett
brand,
I
said
to
myself,
I'll
buy
(also
on
sale)
Upon
receipt
of
the
two
polo
shirts,
I
noticed
that
the
products
had
not
even
been
checked
at
the
end
of
production,
which
is
unacceptable
for
a
mid-range
brand
which
is
positioned
at
the
same
level
as
Ralph,
Lacoste,
etc.:
the
patches
on
the
reverse
of
the
polo
shirt
serving
as
reinforcement
at
the
logo
level
have
not
been
removed
which
makes
a
2cm*2cm
square
visible
when
the
polo
shirt
is
worn
I
call
customer
service
for
a
return
for
exchange:
I
have
to
go
to
a
grocery
store
1
hour
from
my
home
in
Lyon
to
return
the
item
Following
this
and
having
received
an
item
that
does
not
conform
to
the
description
of
the
item,
I
asked
to
renew
the
purchase,
problem,
no
more
stock
and
I
was
offered
a
10prct
discount
on
the
same
polo
shirts
from
the
new
collection
purchased
at
-50prct.
It
seemed
normal
to
me
not
to
have
to
pay
more
for
these
same
polo
shirts
and
therefore
asked
to
pay
them
at
the
same
cost:
refusal
(the
decision
was
apparently
taken
by
the
customer
service
manager...
So
for
these
same
two
polo
shirts,
instead
of
paying
90
euros,
I
will
have
160
euros.
No
commercial
effort,
I
do
not
recommend
this
brand
which
positions
itself
as
mid-high-end
but
which
does
not
provide
any
quality
monitoring
behind
it..
At
least
I
am
now
fixed...
