We went down on vacation to visit Lyon. We chose a Sunday for less traffic. It was impeccable, well parked not too far from old Lyon, we walked the small streets and traboules several times...we took the funicular to the Fourvière basilica. Place de Bellecour, the stairs to go to the Croix Rousse district, then the Tête d'Or park...all this on foot from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m....we don't even have to eat to make the most of it, we We came back exhausted...but we had achieved our objective.

Our guide Fanny was amazing. We were thrilled with our private tour. Fanny pointed out things we never would have noticed and shared really great anecdotes. We could not have asked for a better tour guide!

I am not from Lyon but from Saint-Etienne. Which doesn't stop me from time to time from enjoying walking around Lyon. Not for shopping. All simply to see the monuments, the Tête d’Or park, the old neighborhoods. My favorite time of year to go is December because I take full advantage of the majestic festivals of light. Very complete and exciting visit to the Croix Rousse! We did a really very interesting tour of the Croix Rousse with Alexandre, combining the history of Lyon and the canuts and street art. We were with 2 teenagers aged 16 and 17 as well as a 24 year old who also enjoyed this visit even though we walked a lot in the oppressive heat. Everyone loved it. Congratulations to Alexandre for this memorable visit. We will visit old Lyon again with this very efficient and pleasant team.
