Almost 10 years since Agnès and Jérémy took care of my good body balance. A fan of the power plate, the effects are felt quickly, being coached helps to maintain correct and safe postures. Several years of Icoone and recently LPG to maintain skin tone and ensure lymphatic drainage, hard to stop once you start! To meet them is to adopt them!! Living on the outskirts of Lyon, I haven't found such a good combo to keep in shape.
