Flesh Dance brought me sensuality and self-confidence. Pole dancing helped me to surpass myself and to trust my body and its abilities. The hoop allowed me to face my fears. The teaching is of high quality, few students per lesson, the teachers are really attentive to the needs of their students in order to best support them in their progress.
