I got an annual membership for 1800€ and was treated horribly. The stuff was always rude arrogant and not helpful. From the receptionists to the spa stuff they always had a weird, stand-offish attitude. The annual membership promises nanny services but the nannies were never available or willing to watch my baby so I can go to the gym/pool. Very unprofessional stuff which ultimately ruined the annual membership experience..

Good adress for a spa in Lyon. Pool area is very nice, plenty of sunbeds. Food at the restaurant was ok. Inside pool an jacuzzi was clean. Massage were done by professional therapist.

The staff at the Spa are very helpful and client friendly! I got a duo massage of 50 mins and I would for sure recommend it. We got as well a "gommage" and the face care "coup d'eclat" the lady I think her name was Vanille , she was very sweet and had a very pleasant voice so we totally enjoyed the time spend with her. The waiter at the restaurant was not very nice he was really annoyed and was rushing our order. However the food was delicious as well as the white wine. We spent a good day of rest.

We had a really good Day in the Spa with your Body and Facemassage and the Pools after it. The Employees are all really friendly and also tried always their best to give us all information in English - thanks for this amazing day.
