I had the pleasure of practicing Karate for a year at the IKC. An experience that really left a mark on me. It was with my arrival in Lyon that I was looking for a quality club. After an initial friendly contact by telephone, I found myself at the IKC premises. A clean and perfectly equipped environment that makes you want to jump straight onto the tatami. The atmosphere is really warm with a very good team spirit. Karate classes with Damien Dovy are very intense and of high quality. This is exactly what I was looking for with my 2nd black Dan and more than 20 years of experience in Karate. I recommend the IKC wholeheartedly and without hesitation!
