Had a great time on the tram....however we had booked the open-top tram but the open-top part was closed on the evening ride due to rain........it wasn't even raining.. . .so disappointing we didn't get the full experience we had booked.

Brilliant. The volunteer staff were amazing making sure everybody got a ride. Special mention to Gordon who was brilliant.

Wow. The only way to see the. Lights. These trams are brilliant. It is 1 hour of entertainment. We had a brilliant view of the lights and looked on at those in the massive traffic jam in their cars. The staff were so friendly. My advice. Please take the tram and leave the car parked up.

Fantastic journey on a heritage tram made to look like a wild west train. We just couldn't help but sing Casey Jones when we got on! A pleasant journey through the illuminations, then turning round and going back as well. Souvenirs were available, but they were rather expensive. There was no wait to get on the tram, but there are two steep steps to board it, which hurt my knee getting off, so people with limited mobility should be aware of that. It was a very nice treat in the middle of a very nice holiday

Rode the HMS Blackpool. About an hour's ride from south shore to Bispham and back along the illuminations. Atmosphere lovely. Volunteer staff very knowledgeable. Bring cash as souvenirs available on journey and card machine is temperamental. Look forward to the heritage rocket being refurbished so we can ride that one too ....

Went with my daughter to see the lights she had a lovely time on western tram seeing all lights.

Such a lovely way to experience the illuminations . Our host was charming and so knowledgeable about the trams history.

Had a great Illuminations tour on the Western train and the conductor was very helpful too. I'd thoroughly recommend you book a tour when you're next in Blackpool.

Atmosphere was great on this old tram tour. Up and back to see the illuminations; was a great way to see them. The conductor was so welcoming and friendly with everyone, really made an effort to make it a pleasant trip for us all. Recommended way to see the illuminations

We experienced another fantastic tram ride with heritage again, this time doing their illuminated train. We previously attempted this on the public tram and was absolute chaos trying to see everything. Highly recommend doing the illuminations this way. You have to be quick though and keep an eye out for tickets going on sale a couple of months before. **** We booked in mid August ***** and was limited availability at that point.

What a fantastic experience and something I’ve wanted to do for many, many years. Run by volunteers, the whole thing was incredible. Book a trip and spend money onboard. All profits go back to the organisation to help maintain and restore these wonderful trams. Going to book the train tram next year.

7of us plus a dog and thoroughly enjoyed whole experience. Staff delightful . One of our party crossed the visit off her bucket list. Can highly recommend.
