We have stayed here six times now, and will definitely be going back. The rooms are clean and tidy ,and the beds are very comfortable. Mike and Jacqui can not do enough to ensure you enjoy your stay. Tea coffee ect is replenished daily. The breakfast is excellent. Definitely no expense spared on quality products. If you need extra pillows or short of anything. You just need to ask and they will do there best to accommodate. I read some of these reviews and it's disappointing. None of us are are mind readers. If you don't ask how do you expect Mike and Jacqui to sort things. We will definitely be back again soon. 😎😎

Mike and Jacqui are very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. This was our 6th time staying at The Rockcliffe and again we were not disappointed. The room we stayed in had a fantastic sea view. The room was spotless as always. The breakfast was very well presented and cooked to perfection. There is always a lovely atmosphere as guests chat with one another, so friendly. Ideal location, not too far from the the town centre and North Pier. A lovely place to stay.

Lovely hosts, great breakfast, clean room. Not far to walk to all main sights of Blackpool, free parking. Definite recommendation to stay here.

Thanks to Mike and Jackie for being excellent hosts, they made us feel very welcome, the breakfast was 1st class and the WIFI was very good, good power shower, plenty of hot water, tea and coffee available in room, beautiful sea view and comfy bed, we are booking again for September 😍

Mike and Jacqui were very friendly and welcoming, the english breakfasts were lovely and plenty of choice of cereal , yogurts , jams etc. The WiFi was the best of all the places we have stayed and it was nice to have streaming TV . Great location along the seafront and just out of the way of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to all the attractions.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, I stayed here with my wife and two children and would recommend a stay here to anyone. The staff Mike and jacqui are so friendly and welcoming and they are amazing with the kids. My youngest just wanted to stay in the hotel as she loved it there. When we got up we went down for breakfast which was bang on and there was alsorts to choose from in my experience the perfect way to start your day. We enjoyed it that much that we reserved another stay in November... To the rockcliffe hotel and staff Thank you so much for making are stay magical and we cannot wait to be back for another brake see you soon

Excellent Staff, they were very friendly and welcoming. Hotel facilities were amazing, it was very clean and tidy. It was easy to get to as well only 16 minute walk from Blackpool north train station, breakfast was lovely had such a wide range of food to choose from. It wasn’t far from the north pier either so it was easy to walk to or you could get the Tram for £6 a day. Would recommend this hotel to anybody was just fantastic. Mike and Jacqui were fantastic

Location itself was amazing. Really can't be faulted. Unfortunately the parking situation, room and proprietor all make for a property that I would not stay in again. There are very few spaces at the front of the property and if you arrive early you will get blocked in until the car in front moves. If you arrive late you may not get parked at all and if you move your car you may not get parked upon your return. The room itself is very dated with an almost threadbare carpet. The toilet seat was moving when you sat on it, we didn't report it as we felt the owner was unapproachable after he spoke to us about us allegedly not closing the front door. We had seen a previous review where a couple were asked to leave as they had made a complaint. We left a factual review on Booking.com and the owner messaged us threatening legal action over our review. I add again, everything we said was factual. The bed was made after our first night and bin emptied but the empty pizza box was left on the floor and the smallest amount of shower gel added to the dispenser, no shampoo or conditioner even though they are advertised to be available. Ultimately WE would not stay here again but that is OUR personal opinion and we are in no way attempting to discourage people from staying at the property

The owners Mike and jaqui are lovely people, they always have the time to make all guests feel welcome, my family and friends know that if they need a clean, and good honest place to stay then it's the Rockcliffe Hotel. Mike and jaqui are a family run business and always take that time to make your stay the best possible. The breakfast is nicely cooked and well presented. The bar prices are simply amazing, currently at £1 a shot each and £1.50 a pint. Prices may change but right now that price is very good, we chose this time to have pre drinks before hitting the town. My rating is a honest one, like all Blackpool hotels the buildings are early builds but Mike and jaqui keep all the decor clean and tidy. So if you're looking for a hotel give the Rockcliffe a try.

Lovely hosts. Nice views, clean, food great nice breakfast set up and choice superb, great seating areas to sit and look at the stunning sea views. Really enjoyed our stay the room was lovely, enough for the 2 of us . Excellent replenished hot drinks in room , comfortable bed and adequate bathroom . Free WiFi and TV in room . Loved our stay . It's like a home from home, it's great definitely coming back,Mike and Angie are so welcoming and friendly nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond, I very strongly recommend Rockcliffe Hotel. I have loved every second I have stayed here

This place needed the toilet plumbing put right on arrival and we had no tv remote. Not a great start but I sorted the toilet and the landlord changed the TV so all went well and we had a warm comphy stay which was what we required

Breakfast lovely, rooms clean and tidy, bed comfy. The shower is amazing, better than mine at home. The owners bend over backwards to be helpful. Fab bar available at very reasonable price

Rockcliffe Hotel was warm, welcoming and hospitable. Mike and Angie were fantastic hosts, who were very attentive to my son and my needs. Our room was very comfortable and clean with a great breakfast in the morning. I will definitely be coming back.
